Half way there... I can really SEE IT!!!

I really wish I had taken more full body photos during my journey so far. I just hate, literally HATE photos of myself. I was able to find one from November last year... about a month into my journey... and then one taken last week. Sometimes, I feel like I don't look any different... But putting these 2 photos together... OMG>>> I DO look different! I am down 76 pounds so far - half way to my goal... I am so grateful for this medication!!! It has literally been the best thing to happen to me! Over 25 years of trying everything under the sun and not being able to lose much or sustain my weight loss... I have gone from over 300 blood sugar (A1C of 14) to around 90 blood sugar (4.7 A1C)... Off all high blood pressure meds, my total cholesterol is 141... I literally bounce when I walk where before I limped and had to stop every few minutes to catch my breath... all of my inflammation is gone!!! I don't have to wear compression socks anymore... I have totally changed my relationship with food and how I eat. It's been an incredible journey so far. I can't wait to see what the next 75 pounds looks like!!! Thank you all in this sub who help get me through some pretty tough times. I love reading all your posts of inspiration!

NSV!!! Can't believe it!

I've been on since the end of September last year and lost a total of 68 pounds so far. I have been wearing my stretchy jeans since the beginning and they are so stupidly huge on me LOL... I finally ordered a pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller (previously 22-24) because I thought if they don't fit yet they will soon... so I bought 18-20. Well they were too big 👀 . So I exchanged them for a 14-16 thinking... Yeah right... probably have to wait til fall to get in these!!! OMG!!! THEY FIT LIKE A GLOVE!!! How is this possible?? I'm so excited. And I still have around 60 more to lose!! I haven't been in a 14-16 in 25 years!!! I'm so proud of myself and so happy I found this incredible medication!!! 😄

Bruising Every Shot Now

I have been on Tirzepatide since Sept. last year and recently, probably within the past month, I notice that on my belly, no matter where I inject, it leaves a pretty nasty bruise. I'm wondering if it could be because I've lost 68 pounds? I still have a LOT of belly fat, but that is the only thing that's changed... I'm using the same syringes (easy touch) and I've been on the same 15mg dose for about 3 months. Has anyone else experienced this? I hate doing my thighs because it has always hurt and still leaves a bruise too.

Sharp Stabbing Pain Big Toe

I have been having a sharp stabbing type of pain in the base of my big toe... on the top part. No visible redness or swelling or bruising at all. It comes in waves. It will be ok for a while and then all of a sudden pain so sharp it takes my breath away... then it subsides and a little while later... bam does it again. I did not have an injury to it either. It's driving me crazy!!! Any ideas?

Question on Sublingual

Hey everybody... I have a question - my friend found out she is B12 deficient - 208 - she refuses to even consider doing shots, because she's scared of needles. but wanted to know what is the best sublingual that actually works? Does anyone have any recommendations? I never had luck with them, but maybe someone on here has and it might help her some.

Could it be this easy??

ok… so I have been on a plateau/stall for about 6 weeks. I was getting so discouraged… reading, searching trying to find others who also experienced this. I’ve lost 64 pounds since late September last year and I’m thrilled!!! I have at least another 80 to go. I believe my body is doing some re-calibration and that’s why I stalled. I eat around 1200 calories of super clean, high protein foods and I love weight training. what I don’t love… cardio. walking etc hurts my knees so I have to admit I have not been vigilant about it. I finally said F it get on that treadmill!!! all week I have been walking around 1/2-1 Mile a day.. min of 30 minutes. ummm I got in the scale this morning and I’m down 2 pounds!!! first move of the scale in 6 weeks! I hate admitting I wasn’t doing any walking but something broke the stall. we shall see in coming weeks but I’m not stopping… oh and also… I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER walking every day. WTH was I thinking!?!?!

thanks for listening 🥰🥰🥰 I’d be lost without my Tirz peeps!!

New Portal...

I know that 9 days ago Dave posted they were bringing down the new portal to fix some issues but I was wondering if it was back up? I have never been able to log into it. Every time I put my email address in it says it's going to send a link but never does. I am getting close to renewing my 3 months and I don't want it to be too far delayed.

thanks all!!

OMG BEST NSV!!

So I've been bummed that I'm down 63 pounds so far and literally NO ONE has said one word to me at my job. The thing is I work with all guys... I run an office for a contractor, so I just chalked it up to maybe men don't notice. Well, just a few minutes ago one of the guys was talking about how they were losing weight, and the other one said, "yeah, well not as much as ... "my name" has - she's lost so much weight! ... All of a sudden, I'm validated! I could have burst into tears seriously!!! I'm riding a cloud right now. I know it should not matter what other's see or think, but lets be honest - it really does!!

Need Some Guidance...

Ok... so I just purchased MIC/B12 to try to help me increase energy levels and fatigue. Everything I find when I search says you could do IM or SubQ... I just got the order and they have the most ungodly torture chamber looking needles I have ever seen and I literally cannot inject this into my muscle. I just cannot! Has anyone used MIC subq? Do you have good results?

NAD+ ?

has anyone used NAD+ ? is it worth it? I would love to have more energy and the other benefits it boasts of but I’m just worried it doesn’t really do anything.

This is a hard post for me to write... I have been doing amazing on this medication and in 8 months I've lost 60 pounds. Just the past couple of weeks, I am having such awful body dysmorphia while looking in the mirror. I KNOW I've lost so much weight, but I still see the same gross fat person when I look down or look in the mirror. In fact, now that I'm losing, it seems the fat that used to be "tight" is now just sagging and looking terrible. Like it has pulled away from my body. I still have at least another 60-80 pounds left to lose, But I am trying so hard to see the true me in the mirror and change the distorted view I have of myself. Has anyone else experienced this mid way?
