18TH ANNUAL MIXED WORLDS CANDLEPIN TOURNAMENT THREAD
Hey everyone,
Today marks that start of the 3-day Mixed World's Candlepin Bowling Tournament being held at Academy Lanes in Haverhill. The format is simple, a one string round robin tournament. Each team must have at least 2 female bowlers in their lineup at all times. Similar to a lot of European soccer leagues, there are no playoffs. The team with the most wins at the end of the round robin wins the title. Check below to see how to watch, the schedule, as well as the team rosters. I want to note for today, the Candlepin Bowling Network YouTube channel will be focusing on alleys 13-14. Also ignore the dates on the schedule. There will be 7 matches today, 10 tomorrow, and 6 Sunday. If there is a tie for first after those 23 matches, a single string rolloff is held to determine the winner.
