This might sound weird. I struggle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and I’ve been having an especially hard time lately. The attacks are hard to recover from which leaves me in a sort of dissociated state. However, I’ve heard that sour candies could help ground people in panic attacks, so I’m hoping it could work for me too.
I’ve tried sour skittles and warheads but they don’t pack as much of a punch as I’d like.
What are some truly extreme sour candies?
Even more fake than palmer’s! Just complete preservatives and syrups that don’t even have real vanilla or cane sugar and lots of numbers in the ingredient list
Hawaiian Fruit Punch was a personal favorite
Grape & cherry were great.
Coffee hard candy. These have to be some of the tastiest lollies in my opinion and you can't bite them so they actually last a bit. And on top of all that they are so affordable! 1.70 for a big bag from spudshed!
Got the sour strips for $1 each & the large bags for $2 each at Kroger!
it’s was called something like big bubble or something or the sort and it had a blue centre . It was my favourite gum growing up and now that I’m back in my old country (UAE) I wanted to try it again but I can’t remember for the life of me.
And you know what? I fucking love it. These are so good.
Okay, I need someone to tell me this isn’t a figment of my imagination or an artifact from an alternate timeline.
When I was little (let’s call it the 80s, maybe even up to the early 90s) my mom used to get these Carmel’s. They were in a roll like lifesavers or certain or rollos. They were soft chewy/creamy caramels, like rollos, but without any chocolate coating. They were minty, so it was literally like a caramel breath mint.
I asked my mom about them, and she looked at me like I was crazy, but I know I used to dig around in her purse to steal as many of them as I thought I could get away with.
I think they were individually wrapped, and the roll wrapper almost looked like jr. mints in that it was green font for the name with a “picture/illustration” of the caramel.
Does ANYONE remember the name of these things.
Edit: with people mentioning British candies, I realized my region might be helpful. I grew up in Los Angeles.
Got now and later's they're supposed to be five flavors in them and I'm missing one of the flavors and I have banana flavor banana flavors like the worst taffy
I absolutely hate skittles. I dont like the way they tase, i dont like the texture, i just dont like skittles.
Love the texture! It reminds me of Haribo Primavera texture but a bit softer.
get this next Easter if you want to feel like a horse eating strawberry flavored hay 😂
Used to get them from the grocery store dispenser for a dime.
These are bleeps and they are the coated version, I haven't found the uncoated ones in a long time, been forever since I'd even seen these. They are very similar to (if not the same) the cores of most jaw breakers.
