Spinny motion move
Guys do you know cardistry tricks have the same motion like Mokingbird or Pandora ?
I may have taken WERM a little too far :D
Original move: WERM by Dan and Dave. This variation is based on its mechanics.
Card sliding
Hi! i want to learn cardstry and today ive bought my first deck which is stargazer bicycle. Ive tried holding the deck and learning some very basic tricks, but my card slide against each other too much and its almost impossible for me to hold the deck still.
Is it a thing ill fix with practice, with just using them so theyre not "freshly bought" or have i bought a wrong deck?
Name of the moves
Anyone recognize the name of the moves in this video? especially the one at around 0:38 seconds?
My curly cucu is disgusting

Cardistry Base - cardistry wiki updates! Looking for contributors
Hi everyone!
It's been a few months since I first introduced https://cardistrybase.com/ to r/cardistry in this post, and the site has received so much love from cardists around the world. I just want to thank everyone in the community for contributing to the wiki and giving feedback to make the site better!
Here are some of our latest updates:
- Comments: Leave comments and replies on move/cardist pages
- Playlists: A set of moves following a theme, like moves by The Virts, or our favorite: "Combo Building Blocks"
- Profiles: Contributors now have a profile page showing their submissions
- Difficulty voting: Vote on how difficult you think a move is! We think it's a great way to crowdsource a move's difficulty
We're now at 287 moves, 86 cardists, and 19 contributors, and we'd love to welcome more of you aboard! If you are interested in documenting moves and cardists, let me know in the comments, or just join our Discord, that's where we discuss submissions and ideas!
Again, thanks everyone for the support. I really hope this site helps you on your cardistry journey!
The one deck I'd keep if I had to sell everything else
My collections grown past the thousand mark at this point, but if I had to pick only one to keep, it would be a deck from the Stockholm17 Odd Fellows series, no hesitation.
Stockholm17 has a way of making every deck feel like its own little world, and the Odd Fellows decks are probably my favorite example of that. It's the combination of the unusual character driven artwork, the small details throughout the design, and the overall personality of the series that keeps me coming back to them!
Curious what everyone's 'last deck standing' would be? Doesn't have to be the rarest one, just one you truly enjoy!
Charlier cut bad habits?
I have a couple specific questions about how I'm doing my charlier cut
I've noticed that once the bottom packet is far enough out, I tend to use my index finger to "flick" the top packet back so it falls into place.
I actually have rather large hands, and my thumb tends to curl over the end of the bottom packet to hold onto it until it's "time" for that packet to fall back on top
Are either of those bad habits I need to correct?
