Position Insight

i’m wondering if anyone has any insight as to what this position entails. I have obviously read the job description and it’s pretty vague and seems in my wheelhouse, but I just wanna double check before I have an interview about it. Also, what should my salary expectation be for this role? Just out of curiosity. I’m sure this will all be answered in the phone screening.

Hello everyone!

I have an interview on Tuesday. I am well versed in car detailing which was my dig for years. I applied to become a driver for Carvana. My detailing resume was denied but I was accepted for the “customer advocate” position. So when I look it up, it’s basically like a gloried manager without management pay. Can anyone tell me what to expect from this position?
