I left a comment disagreeing with something said and was called slow and told I couldnt "double down" on my own opinion? Others in the comments were also commenting in disagreement of the same thing and were receiving similar replies as well as stand alone comments calling us "over-sensitive" and "soft".

I've watched CC for a while now, but this is the first Ive commented in disagreement (not to say I havent disagreed with some of her takes before, just didnt say anything those times). This interaction might honestly be the final straw of me watching her, she allowed the comments being blatantly insulting to people for simply disagreeing and I really dont want to be in a community like that.

Its pretty disheartening if Im being honest.
Does anyone else have experience with this?

Hey folks, we've refined our rules and have added a new one (#8). The TLDR on the new rule: no comments accusing CC Suarez of being in a lavender marriage or not being "really" bisexual. Comments of this nature do not meaningfully contribute to criticism of her actions and behaviors, and they facilitate biphobic stereotypes that reduce a whole sexual orientation down to untrustworthiness, confusion, or a phase. We've always had "no bigotry" in our rules, but we've made it its own rule which extends to comments which speculate unhelpfully on sexual orientation.

As a general reminder, while this is a "snark" subreddit, our focus is on documenting and criticizing (and yes, often laughing at) the unethical and outlandish antics of CC Suarez. After seeing the post yesterday about Chelsea talking about going to law school, and I was thinking about her total lack of education, and then I remembered something. Back when she was focusing on MLM content, she talked about working in "sales" and I she mentioned a few times that she sold people spine surgeries. I know she said in at least one video that she would review people's scans or xrays or whatever and like, sell them spine surgery. I thought, how strange that she was doing that... she has no qualifications for reading medical imaging? Welp.

The place shut down in 2019 after a ton of lawsuits, for both malpractice and various types of fraud, by former patients (including Hulk Hogan[who was a racist POS], for $50 mil. He said he had multiple spinal surgeries that did not work) and a competing spine surgery clinic for all kinds of fuckery. So this whole time when she has been talking about her experience in the workforce, this is what she's talking about.

Obviously Chelsea is not responsible for the shady practices of her former employer, but based on that profile, she started working there almost directly out of high school with zero qualifications just selling people spine surgery? And then used that job for years as an example of ethical sales work? It feels relevant.

I completely forgot that I downloaded the free digital marketing guide a long time ago and never looked at it. I just opened it and noticed in the about me section CC used in AI photo. Is this important? No. Is it hilarious? Yes, absolutely.

Whatever happened to that idea??? Not like she would last anyways 🤣🤣

I just found out yesterday that Stephanie Soo is partnering with Netflix for a new podcast series and I couldn't help but wonder if CC is seething with jealousy. Because isn't she delusional about thinking she is going to get a Netflix deal?
