Hey, Fred Eychaner! Want to be my favorite troll in the City of Chicago? Want to stick it to the neighbor who wants to keep you from building your museum so she can keep the perfectly unobstructed third story view she has on a street that's always been zoned for four story buildings?

She's appealing to the Zoning Board of Appeals to say you can't put your museum expansion where it might block her view of the vacant lot she prefers next door. So go scorched earth: put four stories of ARO-compliant housing there instead! You're entitled to that also and you know my idea's going to piss her off a lot more than yours.

Did they do enough to cease gentrification in the neighborhood? Or is it inevitable. Very curious.
