•     Successful migration and consolidation of the existing Salesforce instance into HubSpot with minimal disruption and preservation of historical data

•     Clear identification and reporting of recurring, project-based, and hybrid revenue opportunities across the organization

•     Executive visibility into recurring revenue growth, project revenue, expansion opportunities, and revenue mix by business unit and service line

•     95%+ active adoption by business development and marketing users, measured through CRM activity, opportunity management, and reporting utilization

•     Documented sales process and stage definitions with consistent qualification criteria and forecasting methodology across the organization

•     Improved CRM data quality and governance, including duplicate management, required field compliance, and ownership accountability

•     A repeatable acquisition onboarding framework that allows future businesses to be integrated into HubSpot quickly and consistently

Assessment and Recommendations

•     Evaluate the current HubSpot environment

•     Review existing data structures, workflows, pipelines, properties, and reporting

•     Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement

•     Deliver a prioritized roadmap for implementation

CRM Architecture and Standardization

•     Define standardized lifecycle stages and opportunity stages

•     Establish data governance standards
