Bernie Wrightson 2

I got a good response from my earlier post of a Bernie Wrightson interview from earlier in his career. Here's one from 98, this time. Full transparency, I haven't read this one yet and I'm not sure if technique comes up ...this is the full interview from the magazine, but there's a bunch of interviews with his contemporaries after the interview, all focused on their involvement in Bernie's career. If you want more just ask for more from this particular magazine, and I recommend ebaying "comic book profiles...every issue features a different important figure in comics

[For Hire] She's A Restless Spirit In An Endless Flight - Opening New Slots Within Early-Mid September.

Hi everyone!

Sharing the latest advance from the folk horror project with Philip Landa, with a verse from The Eagles’ in the post title for  this story honours the track so well.

Since I am soon to reopen my agenda for new projects and art commissions, you can see my portfolio and contact info in the comments.

Thanks!

Inspired by:

Ron Lim's X-Men 2099 #12 art

I don't know with the others here but I was fond of the 2099 comic books Marvel published in the 1990s, most notably Spider-Man 2099 and X-Men 2099. Ron Lim was the chief artist on X-Men 2099 and this work of his in issue #12 is really expressive with the three - Luna, Junkpile and Skullfire - looking very intimidating (creepy even) and the armed guy turning from brave to cowardly in just moments.

Anyone here fond of X-Men 2099 of the 1990s?
