I am not good with computers and I would like to look around and see what the dark web is about is that possible and how do you get onto the dark web

After disabling JavaScript it makes it impossible to visit all of the exchanges bible recommends so this leads me to ask is it safe to buy of off like cake wallet on ios or windows or should I figure out a way to do it via tails? because monero is already untraceable maybe I don’t have to the bible doesn’t really mention anything about this so I ask here

I am constantly reading the bible to ensure I haven’t made any mistakes, opsec is good, using tails etc.
