I went to a Reiki circle tonight and as a newcomer with no certification (but many years meditating) got the opportunity to work on somebody certified. Afterward during the sharing portion she said that my energy felt like electricity moving down her body and that she never felt somebody have that kinda energy before. Does that mean something about my energy? Has anybody felt something like this?

I wanted to know if anybody else experiences this. I've been seeing somebody on and off and when we do start talking again, I quickly only see signs of them not liking me. Even if there is a ton of evidence that they do infact like me and want me in their life, I cling on to all these little signals and become totally convinced they don't like me. This kinda black and white thinking leads to me splitting and this cycle of pushing and pulling.

In retrospect I can see my mistakes but it feels so real while it's happening. I have a therapist I see twice a week now, a psyche, have done DBT 3 times, did php and IOP recently and I really don't want to be like this anymore.

Does anybody else experience anything like this and have you had any success?
