Hello! My company uses promo projects for pre-contract work.

However, we want promotional projects to be set to inactive the moment an associated non-promotional project is set to stage "WON". Deltek says we can do this with a user-initiated workflow but I don't see how.

I would appreciate any and all feedback pointing me in the right direction!
