The past few weekends I haven't been able to access the ComputerEase application from the cloud. I thought it was a problem with my WiFi or laptop but with the frequency I'm wondering if it's something with CE?? I like to do work on the weekends and I can't even log in most of the time.
I thought I just had to send back my permit with a surrender amendment application and that would be it? But I got it all back in the mail saying my surrender was rejected. Does anyone know the correct process for this?
Edit: I have applied for CA pistol permit and the new resident gun ownership application. I'm just trying to figure out how to correctly give back my NY permit.
Idk if I'm overthinking this so I'd appreciate any advice.
Single tenant, 800 credit score, background and references look good
But the weird thing is he wants to pay for a year up front at a discounted monthly rate, and then go to a month lease at the normal rate after the year ends.
Could this be a red flag or green flag?
UPDATE: Thank you for all the replies!! I will offer the apartment on normal lease terms and deny their request to pay for a year up front.
I am due in November. My husband and I like the idea of co sleeping and bed sharing, but we have 3 medium sized dogs that also currently sleep with us in our king bed.
Is bed sharing out of the picture? Does anyone make it work in a similar situation?
Watching S18. I've notice the B roll never matches where they actually are.
For example, it'll show Newport, Newport, Irvine... but then they'll be in Laguna beach. Likewise it'll show Laguna, Laguna, and they'll be in Irvine.
Is this on purpose?
Exterior of house in between garage doors. Upstate NY.
The surface of this concrete block seems to be getting chipped away compared to the other one on the other side of garage. You can see the color difference from the painted part vs the darker unpainted surface underneath.
Is it crumbling/eroding?
Do I need to fix this or is it ok? I don't care about athletics, just asking for structural integrity purposes.
My house has this concrete block on the front of the house. The surface of it seems to be chipping off, not sure if the concrete block in between garage doors is eroding? Should I fix it and how? Will it get worse and ruin the concrete's integrity or should I leave it?
