Hey guys, I'm looking at getting into doing my own zirconia and need to look at sintering units. I'm not looking for anything too serious. I'm relatively low volume and doubt I'll be running it more than once a day, so regular long cycle processing is probably what I'll be going with.
Every now and then we will get a crown after sintering that seems like all the shade liquid pulled off of the body to pool at the occlusal. It's a couple crowns every now and then and other crowns with the same shade, dipped at the same timing will be fine.
We use argen zirc, chroma dip.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?!it's driving us nuts trying to figure it out and we've done so much trouble shooting in terms of making sure the surface they are placed on after dip are clean/dry, changing shade liquid, etc.
Hey, thinking of transitioning into this field and wondering if its possible to work fully remote, is that rare or doable? also how is the pay for mid-senior level freelance designer? thanks.
