I put an offer on a house in central FL that has an in-ground pool. I don't know anything about owning a pool, I only know I like to swim in other people's pools lol. I think it was put in around 2010, It's enclosed and I think the pump was replaced in 2023. The home inspection is Friday and I talked to someone who told me how to do a bucket test. Outside of that... I'm looking for any pro-tips, advice, do's, don'ts, warnings... Anything would be appreciated.
