How to actually make patients understand that extraction doesn't harm their sight?

Had a patient walked in to clinic for prosthesis of 11 and had multiple grossly decayed molars and few missing tooth
patient wants replacement of one tooth because it is visible and looking bad
when i asked the patient to get the grossly decayed tooth removed patient started teaching me how it harms the sight and nerves and is not ready to listen to what im saying
patient wants a fixed prosthesis but in the price of removable and doesn't want to get it done in teaching hospital because they give multiple appointments
TLDR: patient prefers:less money, better quality and quick prosthesis
