i have been in love betrayed and lost myself been 5 years and i don't believe in love anymore
and being alone most of the time feels good

im currently doing my internship and want to go abroad and i have no idea how it works and what i need to be called a dentist abroad and not hygienist

i usually travel to my hometown by train and whenever i have a lower or side berth and some or the other elder person takes it over by saying they can't take the upper berths
so today i was travelling and i had lower side berth nad a gang of elder people came up there since there seats were around my number so i was sitting im the window seat not the side berth since mine was occupied by some stranger i did not bother to wake him up since the train was empty so other dude said that my seat is not this and suddenly the elder guy says THEN GET OUT OF HERE i was like tfff

last week my sister had to get a surgical removal of third molar that needed a OMFS dentist we had lot of other dentist who were bds graduates we barely found one good dentist whi also did a quack job
for a some minor treatments like RCT restorations and dentures we get dentists but for some major treatments like implants surgical extractions there's still a scarcity is what i experienced in recent days

i work in a clinic which is kinda based in rural and there the consultation fees is just 100 and patients come there and be like im not getting treatment i just wan ask the problem?
i mean how fair us it for someone who
spent lakhs on education for 4 years to see their oral cavity for free?
