So i recently visited one of the Ajmal stores in my city and tried this Cyan oud, which was out of stock in most of the Ajmal kiosks in the city.

I really don't understand the hype regarding this - or perfume is selective of course.

It opens with a fresh fruity note and then suddenly changes into a harsh grape, peachy combo which had me headache. Felt too overrated and after some time the smell literally sucked.

Maybe it's for those who prefer a strong smell but in a fresh category such strong fruit notes are out of the blue.

Projection and longevity is good - 2 sprays almost stayed 7 hours in my hand.

What's your opinion regarding this

Got it as a gift yesterday from my girlfriend but it’s not for me. She loves it but it’s not the type of perfume that I normally wear. Decluttering this to get something I would enjoy wearing personally.

If you wanna know how it smells like. To me it smells exotic and musky. Imagine you’re in an exotic tropical island sipping pina colada in a bottle. Plus super strong projects like crazy and lasts literally forever.

This and CDNIM are the only fragrances that have consistently lasted through the Delhi heat for me. I'd apply it in the morning before leaving for the office, and my girlfriend would still ask if I'd reapplied it when I got home after my 9-5 shift
