I made an appeal for an item due to a misunderstanding on my end thinking it was the wrong item bht after more inspection and research it was. I really really need to get this and can’t afford to have it sent back but I don’t know how to cancel an appeal please help 😓
I have tried contacting customer service but it is a chatbot and I’ve opened a ticket but have no idea when I will get a response
$278 with surface mail, cheapest air delivery option is $360. The package is 5kg, 15.8 kg volumetric with 5 clothes and 1 shoes. Is this price not absurd?? Is there a way if i can dispute this bc no way in hell am I gonna pay this much for just some clothes and a pair of shoes.

I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think anyone would have the same experience as me… but this is taking too long for them to resolve, and I’m getting anxious.
When I consolidated my items, the page showed that the international shipping cost was 15,906 Japanese yen. But when I used my card, the notification said I had spent $153 USD. I was like, wowowowow, this is not right. I understand that the exchange rate can fluctuate, but this is ridiculous. It should have been around $101, certainly not a $52 difference.
So I canceled the consolidation. They refunded me very soon after, but they only refunded $101.
I immediately opened a case with them to ask what was going on, and that was two days ago. They still haven’t given me an answer. They responded within 24 hours with a canned message like, “We’ll help you soon.” Instead of actual help.
What do you guys think? Am I going to get the rest of my money back…? 😔
Hello! so my package arrived at the warehouse and i had to pay for shipping, i paid and got charged 4 917¥, but then on the package page, the total was 12 217¥.
So i don’t really know if i i’ll have to pay 7,467 upon delivery or 2,717¥..
(my english isn’t that good sorry if it’s hard to understand)
