Hi there, it's my second time using a proxy seller and first time ever using Doorzo. I just ordered merch that is brand new (released today or yesterday on the original JP site) and that's shipping out in January if I understood correctly. When placing my order, filling out my shipping info etc, I got a pop up telling me to carefully choose the shipping option so they could deliver properly but the next thing they did was asking for payment and that was it. At no point I was asked to choose which shipping service I wanted. Is it because the item is technically not released yet? I suppose I'll get to choose later if that's the case? I just want to be reassured lol

Hello. This is my first time using doorzo and I couldn't find informations about some questions that I had.

1)How is doorzo packaging? I am thinking to ship through fedexlowcost some games and console and I am not sure if reinforced shipping is needed or not.

2)I read that it is possible to consolidate a max of 10 orders. With orders does it mean the number of items so for example a max of 10 items in a box or not? I have an order that contains multiple items so I am not sure if this count as 1 or 2>

3)When you ask to remove the seller packaging, do they also remove the console box?

4)In the shipping address part where it says Region/country/city. Is it recommended to put all 3 in the same box or maybe only the city? However with putting city it would show twice.

Hi, this is my first time using and shipping from Doorzo. I’m very, very nervous about US Customs as I have items that potentially could be flagged under the new regulations. I know to avoid DHL. I’m unfamiliar with Doorzo Air and Priority. I also see ECMS Air Parcel. Should I just stick with FedEx? What have you guys used that have successfully gotten your stuff through customs? Thanks in advance!

Just wondering who’s the local delivery once it’s off the Singapore airline.

Hi! So I used Buyee, Neokyo, Zenmarket, and FromJapan before. I liked Neokyo for low fees and coupons but they are SO SLOW at stocking orders and packing them.

When I used Buyee, the items usually arrived within 3-5 days. But for Neokyo, they don't even show if the seller has sent the items and it always takes more than 10 days to stock them. I still have an item that hasn't stocked that I bought on July 30th. I'm aware that some sellers take time to ship the items, but I had no problem when I was using Buyee (I used them more than 30 times). And Neokyo took 5 days to pack my orders... I think this is way too slow compared to other proxies.

So I'm considering changing my warehouse and I saw a lot of recommendations of Doorzo.

1. Is Doorzo fast at stocking & packing?

2. Also do they allow immediate purchase for Mercari?

Hi y'all, apologies if this has already been discussed here (can't seem to find many threads or comments), but does Doorzo have an option to customize, view, or modify HS / HTS codes or descriptions?

I used FromJapan for three recent large shipments and they just needed a list to update the codes, but l'm not seeing a way to modify them with Doorzo.

I wanted to know what people have been experiencing with their orders after July 8th when they implemented that stupid cpsc rule. Has anyone from the US put orders on doorzo through since then and if so how was your experience? Did the shipping courier really discard of your items or did it go fine? And what shipping couriers should I even use right now? I have some pre-orders of acrylic stands and can badges set to arrive in late September to early Oct, so I wanna know what i should expect, or should I just prepare myself for the worst

bought one figure (1/7 scale) and when I went to pick the shipping options the only ones available were air. Is it because it's a small package (dimensions: 18360cm³, weight: 1106g)? Surface shipping is available according to the Japan Post website so I'm not sure why it's not an option on doorzo
