I came across this brand on a instagram post as a paid partnership. Initially the one I saw was 4K Oled. However, upon opening their website I noticed they have an upcoming 6k 120hz version as well. It even is glossy. Now if it will ever happen or not I cannot say, but I am sharing in case someone knows them or to keep an eye out.

Overall, it is nice to see a trend building with these aluminium monitors starting to spread.

I bought the Spectrum One fully knowing the risks. I thought, How bad could the quirks really be? I can live with a few software hiccups for a sweet display.

​Spoiler alert: I could not, in fact, live with it.

​For the first few months, it was a game of patience. The input switching speed is glacial you could literally go make a cup of tea while it decides which device you plugged in. Boot up times? Let's just say my PC was fully awake and ready to go while the monitor was still contemplating its life choices in a black void.

​But I dealt with it because the picture looked great when it actually felt like working. Then month 7 rolled around, and things went off the deep end. I started getting ghosting and image retention, culminating in a grand finale where literally half of the panel froze solid. Just an iced over slice of tech refusing to cooperate.

​At that point, I was completely over it. Thankfully, because I bought it through Amazon, I'm getting a full refund instead of entering the non existent customer support black hole. I've ordered an LG 32 ich OLED to replace it, and honestly, praying to whatever tech gods are listening that I have better luck this time.

​If you're eyeing one of these save yourself the headache.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but it looks like it's not possible to buy from Dough.tech any more. It says "This store can't accept payments right now". I guess they haven't paid their Shopify bills. So, that's another scamming route that's closed... hopefully forever.

Been a while since I checked in, gave up since mine and several other posts seem to have been getting deleted.
Now that the sub is under new management, has anyone got the ball rolling on that coming-soon class action? I’m genuinely curious, I don’t think I’ve got my $600 or whatever I paid worth of popcorn out of this yet.
