what actually helps people replace sugary drinks long term?

reducing sugar intake is a goal for a lot of people, but one challenge that comes up often is that plain water doesn’t always feel satisfying compared to flavored drinks.

I'm curious to hear what has genuinely worked for you when it comes to replacing sugary beverages long term, realistic habits or alternatives that people have been able to stick with consistently!

I brewed a cup of tea and it smells like a campfire

Okay so Lapsang Souchong is not a normal tea. That’s for sure. The packet says the leaves are dried over burning pine wood. Like actual smoke. In a smokehouse. On purpose. So when you open the packet your kitchen smells like a forest fire. Alarming but worth it. lol. The taste is smoky, bold, and earthy with this quiet sweetness underneath that sneaks up on you. It's nothing like any tea I've had before. It doesn't taste like tea. It tastes like a decision. Also fun fact, this is technically the world's first black tea. I bought mine from Dofotea and it’s FINE. Like really fine.

What’s the smoothest tea for beginners?

Since I have noticed a pattern of dosing up on coffee throughout the day, I want to take a step back and lean toward drinking tea. Not a huge fan of tea to be real with you but I don't want to dose up on coffee this much. I know it's not healthy, what I'm hoping to find is a smoother, less roasted, a bit sweet tea but not floral or green tea like. A middle ground would be the best something not heavy that leans toward a sweet taste or even aftertaste.

Hello! I was wondering if there is a ready to drink coconut milk that you can recommend? I’ve tried one and I really loved it, however, it’s not available in NY. Any recommendations??

Why do canned drinks feel so different now compared to a few years ago

I've been noticing this more lately when i grab drinks lately

Some of the usual canned drinks I've had for years still taste pretty familiar and consistent, nothing really surprising there.

But recently I've also come across a few newer ones that feel a bit different overall. It's little difficult to explain but the experience doesn't feel exactly the same as the older ones I'm used to.

It's not necessarily better or worse just different in a way that is noticeable after trying a few over time.

Even the flavours seem to be leaning in slightly different directors compared to what used to be common, like there's more variety now than before.

At first I didn't think much about it, but after trying a different ones on different days it's kind of stands out more.

I'm not trying to say anything specific is changing for the better or worse just observing that there seems to be a wider range of options now compared to a few years ago.

I want to know if anyone else has notice the same thing or if I'm just overthinking it.

Mocktail

Fresh squeezed Cara Cara orange juice with mixed with sprite and two luxardo cherries with a little of the syrup. I don’t even know if this counts as a mocktail cause it’s not based on an actual cocktail- but it looks like one!!!
