any tips to make the cage better?

he has 7 hides, 1 multi chamber, 6 substrates, 3 tunnels + the thing at the bottom with the two rooms filled of substrate. a lot of the stuff in his cage is either DIY or objects we no longer use in my household, so I'm wondering if this set up is okay? any tips? (his sandbath, bedding, and cage all meet the required size regulations for a robo hamster. sandbath is 1/3 of cage, bedding is 8-9 inches, etc. so I don't need tips there.)

Thank you for the advice before and after. Picture of L once he's settled.

Thank you for the advice on my previous post.

We still have some bits to add and my wife's already started suggesting more.

Mushy stuff in hamsters water bowl should I be worried

Should I be worried about this stuff in my hamsters water bowl or could it just be food that got in there and got soggy? It wasn’t there this morning.

Soooo I didn't realise just how much room a hamster needs. Need some support on the 'best care' for our hamster.

8month old Dwarf hamster.

We thought we were doing the right thing as per the pets at home recommendations but going down the Tiktok/Reddit rabbit hole we can do a lot better.

So let's say £200 limit.

Give me a cage/enclosure, bedding, food, toys/activities.

Please, thanks and everything in-between.

Currently we have pets at home plastic two level cage 70x50.

Hamster in deep thought

He has soft eyes, but his inner thoughts are usually quite rude.

Is there a Polish breed of hamster?

I know there is a hamster breed that seems like it has a pretty Polish name or in sense very white and it’s not the winter. It’s starts with a R I don’t know what pacific breed it is.
