Cheese's new cage!

Hi hammy lovers! Meet my new hamster, Provolone Cheese (or Cheese for short). When I first got her, the previous owner had her in those "optimal" cages for hamsters sold at pet stores. I've seen TikTok videos in the past of cage tours for other's hamsters and learned they need lots of space. Thankfully, Cheese was given to me just as my paycheck hit. You know what that means! Spending about $200 on the best things I could get for her. Everything was purchased on Amazon. I felt so bad that she was living in that small cage, especially without a wheel! Unfortunately I underestimated the size of the wheel online and I'm pretty sure it's too big. If not, please tell me otherwise! When I was putting her cage together I thought I put enough bedding but I figured out I didn't way after I put in all the accessories. I wanted to move her ASAP, so I just put Cheese in there and plan on giving her more bedding tomorrow. I haven't had a hamster since I was little, so I'm really excited to take care of this adorable baby.

EDIT: The first two pics are the before. Sorry for scaring everyone!

(USA) My McDonald's doesn't take $100 bills

When I first started working a month ago the policy was already in place. I live in a small town and our McDonald's is franchise owned, so they make the decisions for us. We have multiple signs saying we don't accept $100 bills. On the drive thru speakers, before the pay window, and even by the register. I've talked to other customers about it and they're like "there's signs on the speakers?" It's not my fault SOME people can't read.

And when people get mad at me when I can't take the bill I'm thinking "I can't do anything about it. I just work here." It's mostly older people who get mad about it. Had this one karen yell for my manager and another old man say "well it's still currency!" Sir, I legally can't accept it. And when people in the drive thru give me an annoyed look when I tell them just drains me. Had this one lady have a $42 order, with like 2 double QPC on it, try handing me a $100 bill. She was like "but it's a $42 order?" all sassy n shit and eventually when she couldn't find any other change she said "I'll just go to taco bell instead." BYE! Another old man was like "I've been using $100 bills here for the last 20 years!" Ok?? Well times have changed man. It's not 2006 anymore.

I appreciate the people I get who genuinely are understanding about it and don't berate a minimum wage worker because they can't use their Benjamin Franklin. The highest bill we accept is a 50 and even then we have to use the marker to make sure it's not counterfeit.
