Anyone hear an extremely large boom just now?

It was super loud. Heard in alphabet city. Any idea what it was or where it came from?

Can they move these bikes?

These bikes are an eyesore. Are you allowed to put dozens of bikes on the road and on the sidewalk? and there are people congregating giving each other’s haircuts sleeping on the floor.

Is the city allowed to get rid of these bikes? I’m not trying to be mean in any way, but when you think of the reality, imagine you live right there and there’s 1000 bikes in front of your apartment. It’s kind of not a nice view.
