Okay so Behemo is in the real world. He likes to wear girl's clothes. Then there's the ideal world, a world that has a lot of advancements but also in this world Behemo is a girl, a girl who is praised for her brilliance instead of scorned for being feminine. Behemo is mocked a lot for what he likes and all that rage and resentment seeps over to Levia who just can't figure out where her bloodlust is coming from. So she's asks her mentor for help who tells her to kill Behemo but when she goes to do it she realises that Seth was trying to trick her ( I don't remember if the ark was mentioned in the song or I wasn't paying attention) so then the two of them escape together to the ideal world

I wonder could you please rate my translations of the song names? I know there's already existing common names. I don't dare trying to replace them.

I'm not a big fan of this story in entirety (more of a hater, even) but I've been translating it since I barely crossed double-digit age. So I wanted to share my effort in a community related to this fandom.

I haven't talked about this in a while... But when I finally confronted them about it 6 months ago, they tried to deny ever defending Riliane or any other World power. And of course, he played the fiction card to dismiss my criticism. 😭

First of all, I couldn't care less about whether you enjoy her character or not, that is entirely subjective and depends on your personal opinion. But trying to paint her as a misunderstood victim/scapegoat when she was clearly the aggressor for the most stupid and pathetic reasons (as well as a literal sadistic, bloody tyrant), or even claiming she didn't actually mean to cause any harm is absolutely disingenuous! Especially when you just stated earlier that she was almost as awful as Adolf Hitler (which is also a load of BS). You must either be a massive hypocrite, or you're genuinely THAT naive if you unironically believe this nonsense.

Secondly, characters being real or fictional is irrelevant to the discussion—Since there are plenty of fictional characters who are just as evil if not worse than Hitler and other real-life villains, including some that are otherwise complex and well-written. Most of them are still objectively irredeemable scum (with some exceptions), especially mass murderers and rapists. And not just anyone can be redeemed nor deserves to have a change of heart in the first place, so miss me with that idealistic fuck shit LOL!

I also believe that her redemption doesn't fully wash away past atrocities either, and even demonic possession shouldn't necessarily absolve her of personal agency or responsibility. However, she is definitely nowhere near as horrible as lowlife scum like Hitler, Stalin, Genghis Khan, Imperial Japan or Leopold II; Plus many other World powers/empires in real life were objectively just as evil and corrupt, if not much worse than she ever was in the long term, and have also committed even more horrific atrocities for their own interests—some of which still continue to this day. You can try to sugarcoat reality all you want, true Evil exists in this world.

But implying she's just as heinous, yet also arguing that she was never evil at the same time is truly some fucking peak level delusion. You can't possibly have it both ways! The mental gymnastics are crazy with this fandom 💀

With all that being said, my biggest issue is that he now tries to deny saying any of that shit (even though he clearly did). I'm not even angry at this point, because the least they could do is own up to it and admit they were wrong LMAO!

I think Gallerians and Michelle's relationship isn't as good as people make it out to be. I do get it, I love when there's a sweet father-daughter duo. Gallerian is for sure a loving father. But he isn't a good father. There are some unhealthy aspects to it.

First of, I think him refusing a divorce makes him immediately a bad father. It's so classic, parents saying they'll stay together for their child's sake, when that is the most harmful thing for everyone involved. I think it's clear the troubled marriage is affecting Michelle very negatively and Gallerian is the most at fault for that.

Then I think there's a very overlooked misogyny in their relationship. I think Gallerian babies her a lot. I mean, I mistook Michelle to be 12 when I got into Evillious. I think the people around her treat her to be younger than a 16 year old, especially Gallerian. I've seen an interesting comment from someone once, "people treat Michelle as a child and Margarita as an adult despite them being the same age" (this topic definitely deserved exploration too). Michelle is so babied overall. And that's not so strange, she barely has screen time. We mostly see her from Gallerians perspective. This innocent perfect angel for him to protect. How he treats the doll shows that.

I do want to point out that Gallerian is mentally unstable post contract, and that would change his behavior. I do not think he treats Michelle exactly the same way he treats the doll. But I do think how he treats the doll reflects how he sees Michelle. The disability adds onto how he babies her. I need to save her! I need to heal her disability! She can't do anything without me! I see their dynamic as a paradox.

Irina/Maria has always seen herself/been treated as a doll - and Gallerian is one of the only she feels is treating her as a human. And he does view her as a human, despite her being a doll. But at the same time, he does treat her as a doll. His miniature garden girl, who he can decorate a dollhouse for.

Then at last, this "devil" vs "angel" mentality Gallerian has about himself and her. He's this big bad man who's tainting this little angel of his. He isolates the doll to shield her from the outside world. He doesn't want her to know how deranged he is. He wants her to be forever happy in that world of rainbows and sunshine. And maybe, that's his way of clinging onto the thought of not being all the way rotten. Him being a loving father seems to be one of his redeemable qualities, when in actuality I think it's the root of the problem.

I don't think it's as unhealthy before Michelle died. But still, far from perfect as many want it to be. Father's babying their daughters is such an overlooked aspect of misogyny. I don't think it's all that cute, honestly.
