Exorcists Redemptor Dreadnought
I've been working on this guy for a while. I had some specific ideas about what I wanted to do before I even bought the dreadnought especially regarding the pose. I wanted him to be stepping down from something and and for the gun to be thrust forward. Unfortunately the model wasn't as poseable as I imagined, even after removing the little pins that restrict pose-ability, so I'm not super happy with how that turned out.
I think that I also need to work on my ability to weather large models like this, I would have preferred him to look a bit more grimdark.
I also hate painting black and need to find a tutorial that looks good and fits my style.
But overall I am quite happy with how it turned out. This project was my first time painting with a makeup sponge, and my first time making purity seals from copper, and my first large modern Warhammer kit. The last tank I painted was a 20 year old predator kit.

Hi! First of all, please excuse my poor english.
Second post in here, I still try different color for my exorcist.
But I struggle to do a red that match what I want, and I struggle for the light, its eather too much orange or pink
Any advice?
I'm not a great painter so C and C welcome too!

Possible New Recruit
I am finally getting around to painting up some of the space marines I have stockpiled over the years. (Starter boxes mainly)
Exorcists have caught my eye and are currently top of my prospect list.
I currently have Iyanden Eldar and CSM (primarily Iron Warriors with a smidge of Night Lords and World Eaters).
I have some questions regarding the Exorcist Chapter. I know they have been fleshed out more recently but i kind of liked the earlier Grey Knights “lite” version of the lore/army. Is this still a viable way to approach the army?
Id like to mix and match grey knight stuff on regular marines and maybe get away with both codexes as possibly play options.
How closely are they tied to the Inquisition?
I want a strong librarian or psyker presence in the army. I assume with all the demon binding/possession they are prevalent to the chapter. Are there any notable ones in the lore or named somewhere?

WiP - Silas Alberec, chapter master of the Exorcists (alternate universe)
I never understood why GW didn't make him the chapter master. Considering his stature (ogryn like) and that I like the Saturnine armour, it was obvious for me to try and convert him from this base.
He can be fielded as Marneus Calgar (of course !) if needed, but I don't really play atm.
