By the time of the Replica uprising, its been a few weeks since Aristide attempted to re-open the Origin Facility, so it would seem that by that time the families of the dead employees would be wondering about their whereabouts, and they would probably ask Armacham about it, or perhaps file missing person police reports.

F.E.A.R. 1 looks exactly like my childhood; everything from the lighting, the materials of the walls, and even the office ambience is drenched in the most authentic reflection of how the early 2000s actually were, as opposed to nostalgic cash-ins or other exaggerated aesthetics. Does anyone else born shortly before the game came out feel the same way?

So i loved f.e.a.r, one of my favorite games rn, i started playing f.e.a.r 2 now, i played about 2 hour and i just not feeling it, i just feel like playing a generic fps from that time, the horror in the first one it was so unique, it wasnt so in your face with jumpscares, it was quiet and slow, even the normal enemyes scared sometimes when you faced them without warning, and when i kill someone its not satisfactory like in the first one (and the thing that i most loved about the 1 it was the scenarios, in the second they dont have that liminal feeling) should i give more chance? Or It will be like that the entire game?

I got this game since I have seen people praise the enemy AI and that got me hyped since I love things like that especially the AI in alien isolation and when I played the game I realised none of the AI felt special.

When I would hide in cover I wouldn't be flushed out or flanked the enemies would just stand still or stay in cover and when sometimes ill here them shout something like "Flank him" or "Get behind them" and they still do nothing. They genuinely feel like cod enemies and I've tried everything to make it better I've tried increasing the difficulty, not using slow mo and limiting myself to just rifles and handguns and nothing helps. I just want to know if there is some setting I need to put on or if my game is bugged anything would help thanks!

If you had the powers of the alma wade, what would you do? Sure, it's a little funny, but what would you do? It must be cool to have telekinesis and telepathy.

The F.E.A.R. original game and book don't say "Psionic"

These are my own thoughts but Michael Beckett in F.E.A.R. 3 deserved a much better fate than how bad they ruined him after the events of the sequel. In the third game we finally get to hear the man speak, and all we get is a few minute cameo and then his whole body exploding thanks to Paxton with his abilities🤨

Having him get one game and then be killed off in a sequel is the most annoying trope in fictional writing. It feels like a cheap gimmick when they can't find a reason to continue the characters narrative or to spark shock value points into the audiences views.

The entirety of F.E.A.R. 3 felt so damn rushed and at times an incoherent mess of narrative plots that felt at odds with eachother and ruined what came before

We went from supernatural, science fiction cosmic man made horror to its the apocalypse now welcome your now being hunted, and your mom is pregnant causing the world to be overrun by spirits and all kinds of cosmic horror. Oh yeah your brother wants to kill your mother and use the baby's powers,

And when the story does end it doesn't even feel like a proper conclusion. Oh you saved the baby with Pointman? Guess what the world is still in ruins by Almas influence, so your not safe whatsoever and will be hunted for the rest of your days for the child.

It completely ruined both Becketts character and the entire premise of the F.E.A.R. unit made by the government to deal with supernatural, cosmic, science gone wrong, man made, creature horrors.
