Our legacy from season 1 still get mentioned even now, make me really hope we could return somewhat to our glory in the future.

There is no hiding it anymore. Fnatic can no longer rely on brand prestige to attract star talent and mask its crumbling infrastructure. Previously, individual players and coaches like Nightshare covered up higher-up incompetence, much like throwing a blanket over moldy walls.

Today, internal dysfunction is fully exposed. Figures like Tolkin, Nemesis, and YamatoCannon have highlighted the toxic environment. The mismanagement is best illustrated by disastrous roster decisions: Worlds 2022: Replacing Hylissang with Rhuckz after ONE wildcard win => Top ADCs refusing to join => ''Forced'' signing of Rekkles and then not giving Nightshare any proper tools or staff for coaching, even though he begged them for it, since they were understaffed

(And then even firing Rekkles after just two splits but somehow giving incompetent contract extensions to Oscarinin and Razork.)

While Noah and Jun provided a temporary band-aid, the underlying rot remained. Now, without overperforming talent, Fnatic has suffered its worst showing in history with two consecutive splits without playoffs.

Announcing new management searches means nothing if Dardo stays in power, especially after they lied about firing him, only for him to fail upwards. The "mold" must be removed entirely. To succeed, a head coach needs competent support staff, as seen in G2 and Team Liquid.

Rebuilding this foundation takes at least a year. As a fan since 2015, it is painful seeing that unlike G2, KOI, Karmine Corp, or NAVI, Fnatic lost its ambition and genuine care for the game.

For fnatic to show that they genuinely care they have to give proper care for management, coaching staff and then later competent contract signings after the foundation is laid.

We got knocked out way earlier than usual—we’ve been out for a while now—and how is it possible that we are so incredibly slow when it comes to making signings? Piero is an insane support player... and GX already beat us to him... it’s unbelievable how bad we are even at signing players... are we going to end up signing people in November or December? Just picking up the scraps or the players every other team rejected? It’s incredible how bad we are in every sense with this organization... or are there other priorities? We’ll end up with the leftovers and just have to pray for next year all over again...

Just imagine Piero on Fnatic... he’s an amazing support... I don’t think we’ll find anyone else like him.

Or is Fnatic eyeing players currently at Worlds and waiting for the tournament to end before negotiating? It seems like a mistake not to have signed Piero...

Any team can beat us to a signing these days... it’s unbelievable...

With Piero now going to GX as reported by the Sheep it makes me wonder. Where do we go for the support position next year? People talk about the other roles regularly but I don't see much discussion about support. Imo, Lospa is not good enough and the available support pool is not good in EU. Will this be another off-season where we are the last team in the LEC and one of the last teams in the world to create a team and just pickup average players in the end? Do you think that there is a potential for a good affordable roster for 2027? Will the potential new GM actually have a chance to create a roster that he wants or will he be left with almost nothing to work with?

I know everyone on the sub wants to get a rookie support to replace Lospa but I think its the one position where we should be keeping someone with experience who can guide and communicate decisively through difficult periods of the game. A rookie sup works if the rest of the team is mostly experienced and can call for the play to be made but heading into next year, where we are hopefully turning over a fresh leaf, I think we should try and secure a consistent, mage+engage experienced sup player. Now I dont have someone in particular in mind but this is the direction I would hope to see fnatic take.

I also think it would be good to invest in a couple more positional coaches similar to odoamne. They dont need to be permanently with the team, can be a part time kinda role to save costs, but having someone to guide the new jg/sup/vladi would be very beneficial. It has been a long standing trend in eastern teams to have past players as mentors/coaches and LEC is heading towards that too. Hope we can borrow some of that too.

I saw a clip on x about our mid situation , and we want guti from t1 academy or we ask about it .
Any ideias about if is good ?
Also any more rumors ?

Soboro already proved himself, I can easily see him improving further rather then falling of.
Zicssi is the best jungler in ERL's. (Yes even better then Yukino imo)
Vladi because there's really no better option, I wouldn't see Omon as better fit.
Aetinoth is the best ADC in ERL's with a lot of potential.
Piero is a very solid support with an already established synergy with both jung/ad

This roster would give 2 things that we could really use right now, hope due to the individual potential of the players and financial flexibility cause ya'll know that we just cannot afford to spend money like G2, KC or KOI.

I mean could you honestly tell me a better roster that would actually be a possibility for us? This is a roster we can actually build upon.

I know only rumoured yet, but could it be? If we get a supporting jungler (Sheo on steroids would be insane) we would have already a super super strong base. Thoughts?
