🚨 Stolen by Breaker: Luther Burden 1/1
Need help escalating an eBay break issue:
A Luther Burden 1/1 Depths of Darkness was never delivered to me; no response from breaker in 4 days after receiving notification it was shipped. Today, I received the “shipment” and it was a box of cosmic cards unrelated to any card in the break. I reached out to the seller immediately, and still no response hours later.
After trying to call support, eBay support stated they can’t assist cause it’s not backed by EBay guarantee due to it being from a live break. Has any one experienced this or can point me in the right direction? This is thousands of value in total. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

CLARIFICATION: Reddit does not allow me to edit the title. The title reflected my concern and the urgency I felt when I discovered the card was missing; it is not intended as a factual conclusion that the seller intentionally stole or withheld the card. At this time, I do not know why the card was not included. What I can document is that the Luther Burden 1/1 pulled for my spot was not contained in the shipment associated with my orders, which instead contained unrelated cards. I am attempting to have the matter investigated and resolved, as I’ve exhausted all options (through support stating eBay’s policy does not guarantee items from a live break) and contacting the seller with no response.
Update 1 (10:42pm est): They just responded with a tracking number, and are aware of this post. I appreciate you all for helping it get the attention it needed. I’ll continue updating til I can confirm it’s been resolved.
