Is this normal behavior or do I need professional help? 👀

Hello everyone! I’m a new Frenchton mom. Dottie and Delphi are about 8ish months now.
We got them at 6 months. I have 2 other chihuahuas, 1 indoor cat, and 1 outdoor cat.
At first the puppies were great with all the other pets, they’re slightly scared of my indoor cat but other than that they got along with the chihuahuas.
Fast forward 2 months, Dottie has developed a weird obsession with one of my chihuahuas. She stalks her constantly and stars playing really rough. On one ocasión she was on her back biting her ear and managed to hurt her. She wouldn’t stop gnawing on her ear, I had to pry her off!
I’m always vigilant of my dogs when playing, this happened in a split second. It was so scary!
Is this behavior part of puppyhood? Or should I seek professional help?
I know chihuahuas go through a stage of being snappy as puppies and then as elders, but I’m so new to this breed. Please help 🥲

Breathing/Chest Movement OK? Is This Part of the Breed?

Apologies for my worrying, this is my first frenchton (I’m learning!) so if it’s normal, I’m glad to hear, but none of my previous dogs breathed quite like this while sleeping. He is 3 months old.

His breathing seems to be labored or strained by the way his little rib cage moves? Or is this normal because of their facial features? I’m questioning if I should bring this to the vet to explore it further, or if it’s part of how they are as a breed, then I might chill out a bit and not worry that he’s struggling to breathe.

He doesn’t snore, only sometimes makes a little sound if his head is crooked to the side, otherwise quiet. No mucus in his nose that I can see, otherwise very happy, active and healthy guy. Thanks all!!!

Gemma in her Donut stand on the Bridge my dad built

Gemma’s little growth is looking better since I went to the vet Wednesday. The thought of surgery was never brought up thankfully & I was given 2 meds to give her.

On the bridge front: my dad isn’t a carpenter, but by using the old bridge as a reference, he was able to cut, assemble, sand, and stain this bridge all by himself! He’s a pretty cool dad.
