CIBIL 750+ and already have a credit card but CRED still won't let me in ?

My cibil score is above 750 and I already have a Slice credit card i turned 21 on July 1 but CRED still shows that I'm not eligible to use the app does CRED have some other eligibility criteria or is there a delay before it recognizes new users? Has anyone else experienced this?

Warning for Tier-2/3 Applicants: CRED / IndusInd is pulling CIBIL and showing limits *before* checking address serviceability

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a highly frustrating experience with the IndusInd credit card application flow via CRED to save folks in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities from taking an unnecessary hit to their credit score.

I recently saw an offer on CRED for the IndusInd card, promoted as a "limited time" Lifetime Free (LTF) product. Since CRED already tracks my credit card bills and UPI transactions, I figured it was a pre-filtered offer.

The application funnel went like this:

  1. They fetched my CIBIL report (Hard Inquiry logged).
  2. The UI literally showed me an approved eligibility limit of ₹50K.
  3. It moved to the Aadhaar verification step.
  4. The moment the address was pulled, the system instantly blocked the flow, stating the address is "unserviceable."

It didn't even technically reject me; it just froze the application because they don't deliver or verify in my location.

If a platform like CRED has all your data, and a bank doesn't have the logistics to service a region, checking the pincode should absolutely be step zero. Showing a user a specific credit limit and baiting them into a hard inquiry before checking if you can even ship the card to them is awful UX.

If you live in a Tier-2/3 city, do not trust the offer shown on CRED for IndusInd unless you are 100% sure your current address is in a tier-1 metro they service.

Has anyone else been baited by a specific limit on CRED only to get blocked by serviceability at the very end?

CRED has stopped accepting debit card for co payments, suggestion for other platform?

I was using my SBI debit card to make payments on cred. Now they have removed the option to pay using debit card.
We can earn RP in SBI debit card for payments.
I was also using SBI unipay portal but that is very unreliable my amount was stuck 3 times and it takes 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back.
Any other platform which is reliable and accepts debit card for cc payments?
