Minnesota just charged a second ICE agent with assault and there is a nationwide warrant for his arrest

Minnesota just charged a second ICE agent with assault. He shot a man through the front door and lied about being attacked with a shovel.

Surveillance video showed none of it was true.

His name is Christian Castro. He is 52 years old. He is an ICE agent. And on January 14, he fired his service weapon through the front door of a home in north Minneapolis, hitting Julio Sosa-Celis in the leg. The bullet kept going. It traveled through a closet. It lodged in the wall of a child's bedroom. There were four adults and two children inside that home.

Sosa-Celis was in the country legally. It was a case of mistaken identity.

Castro told the FBI he had been attacked by three men beating him with a shovel and a broom for three minutes. He claimed he was on the ground, "exhausted, alone, and in fear of his safety."

Then surveillance footage came out. He wasn't attacked. He wasn't on the ground. His medical records showed exactly one injury: a small abrasion on the base of his thumb.

He made the whole thing up.

The Justice Department dropped its charges against Sosa-Celis. ICE itself admitted its agents made "false statements" under oath. And now Minnesota has charged Castro with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime. There is a nationwide warrant for his arrest.

He is the SECOND ICE agent criminally charged in Minnesota in two months. The first, Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr., was charged in April with pointing his service weapon at the heads of two civilians on a highway in what prosecutors called a road rage incident.

All of this came out of Operation Metro Surge, the Trump administration's deployment of 3,000 federal agents to Minnesota. During that same operation, ICE agents shot and killed Renee Good, a mother of young children, and Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. Both were American citizens.

DHS is calling this prosecution a "political stunt." That is their official position.

An ICE agent fired a gun into a home full of children, lied under oath about why, and the federal government's response is that holding him accountable is the real crime.

Because the charges are at the state level, Trump cannot pardon him.

ICE agents are not above the law. Minnesota just proved it.

Someone start a revolution

The government is getting too big for their britches and I don’t know how much more I can take. This shit has got to stop but they are not gonna listen to reason anymore. Something needs to be done and we have already seen that innocent people dying has no effect on them. There has to be a way to get the message through their thick skulls. Or this WILL end in war.

Neighbor calling ICE and the cops on Mexicans in my neighborhood. What can I do?

Hey yall. I live in Mississippi. I just recently found out my neighbor (older white lady in her 60’s completely a Karen) has been calling the sheriff against Mexicans in the neighborhood telling the cops she believes they are illegal and trying to get ICE called here. We have a child that is friends with the Mexican boys that live across the street from us and that’s how we found out. Also we have some Mexicans down the road who are moving and when my husband asked why? The man’s response was “this neighborhood is becoming too hostile”. What are some ways I can make her life hell that’s in the legal realm where I cannot get in trouble with the law. Btw the officers are extremely nice to her. They aren’t against her at all.

She’s single. Living alone with no animals.
She rents her home.
She lives in the county.
She’s always gone during the day.
She works as a care taker for elderly people.
She’s a die hard trump supporter.
Im pretty positive she has no cameras on her property.
I have her cellphone number.
