Can I even call this a fursona?
I can't draw, but I love making collages, and I've always wanted a fursona. I spent a long time thinking about what it should look like and finally came to a conclusion. But I'm not even sure if you can really call it a "fursona." Is it enough to simply give a human a tail and a head to create an antropomorphic animal character?

i cant find i picture of a species that i saw a while ago
It was like a mix of an orca an axolotl and Toothless from how to train your dragon. The specific one that I remember seeing was on a tik tok about vr chat and it had the model on it. It looked like what I described but with bright white eyes, smooth black and white skin with patches of scales, and Toothless's ears except longer . If you know even a little bit what im talking about please let me know, i will be forever grateful.
Edit: I didnt find the one i was talk about but i found a pic that looks kinda similar
