Bitdefender canceled my Subscription
Hi everyone,
My Bitdefender subscription was canceled for the second time today.
On January 7, 2026, I purchased Bitdefender Ultimate Security (5 devices, 1 year) through G2A and activated it right away. Just under 4 months later, the subscription was simply deleted from my Bitdefender dashboard.
I then purchased Bitdefender Premium Security (5 devices, 1 year) on May 2, 2026, and now the same thing has happened again. The subscription was simply deleted from the dashboard, and I no longer have active protection.
I contacted support today and received the following messages.
Apparently, G2A is not considered an official Bitdefender reseller, so the subscription was deleted.
So he’s telling me that G2A is able to simply remove my active subscription from my Bitdefender Central, which has an activated key?
