   • I recently changed my phone and lost access to the 2FA authenticator app / backup codes.
   • I submitted all verification proofs over 24 hours ago (recent orders, credit card details, PIX receipts, phone ending in 621, and my active G2A Plus subscription).
   • Despite providing complete proof of account ownership, I keep receiving circular, automated AI bot responses from "Dave" with zero human intervention.

Required Resolution:

• Manual reset of 2FA for my account (abraaodavilacontador@gmail.com) so I can regain access.
• A replacement working key or an immediate full refund for Order #92000163562747.
• Escalation of Helix_seller under compliance standards for delivering non-functional digital goods.
