PCSpecialist pre-built…

Looking to upgrade my gaming pc and was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is worth currently (£GBP)

I know it’s a few years out of date now and want to know how much I could get from selling so I can build my own.

Purchased back in 2021 as a custom pre-built system from PCSpecialist here in the UK for £2,700. (Specs in last pic)

TIA

First build in 10 years

Man have prices gone up. Was running a gaming laptop off a cooler for the last couple years. Excited to finally have a desktop again!

Ryzen 5 9600X
T Force 32gb DDR5
AsRock B850M Riptide
Patriot 2TB M2 storage
ASRock Challenger 9070 XT
Corsair 750W PSU
DIYPC-M1-BK

Overall got everything for around 1500$ after taxes. Very happy with it, and performance is absolutely fantastic for 1440p gaming.

New to PC Gaming - just ordered my first PC

It comes in next week and I’ve already started purchasing games on steam that I’ve always wanted to play with mods. I’m very excited and can’t wait to get it.

I have these…

Meta quest 2 256gb

And if needed I can put in my go xlr tc helicon full size.

Sure, mine ain't as pretty, bit its more powerful than you think. Plus, we all start somewhere.

First image was when I first got build. Next picture is the PC today totally rebuilt ground up.

Originally the system had an i7 12700kf, with ddr4 16gb 3200mhz

Today, this system has

An RTX 3080 Ti OC, with the core overclocked an additional 60-75

The memory on my GPu runs at 9500mhz however I overclock it to 9700-9850

Has an I7 13700K overclocked the p cores to 5.5-5.6ghz and e cores to 4.4ghz

I have 2x32gb ddr5 6000mhz

Storage wise, two 1tb 990 pros, a 970evo 1tv, wd red 4tb.

I'm just now getting back to gaming on the PC and reoptimizing my setup

As a console streamer, I bought a mini PC instead of a full PC to run OBS are these specs good. And can someone tell me if gaming on this is legit?

new pc build finished (d32 pro)

just finished my new build!
i’ve been looking into changing out my mid tower build and moving to a smaller mATX case and finally did! i used a couple of parts from my previous build (gpu, cpu, ram) and moved them to this one. of course I waited from prime day to get some money saved to build this and i’m loving it!
i was kind of worried what the temps would be like coming from my mid tower build which was the lian li vector v100 (great case and to build in) and the difference was this one was only 5-6 degree difference running higher which I was happy about

parts used:

case: jonsbo d32 pro (white)
motherboard: gigabyte b850m aorus elite ice
cpu: amd ryzen 7800x3d - (carry over)
gpu: asrock challenger 9070xt - (carry over)
aio/liquid cooler: thermalright frozen vision 240
bottom fans: thermalright TL-C12015W-S (slim 15mm)
m.2 ssd: samsung 9100 pro 1tb (slot 1)
m.2 ssd: klevv cras c925g 1tb (slot 2) - (carry over)
ram: corsair vengeance rgb ddr5 (32gb) - (carry over)
psu: corsair sf850

First graphics card, 15 year old me wouldn’t believe the sight

It’s without a doubt the PC gaming is the future for gamers that want to get serious about gaming, the freedom, the broader control and access and good feeling. 5 years ago I told myself I wanted a PC, my dad said they’re a waste of money and basically shut down the idea and having just received the PS5 I was more than satisfied, I’m now 20 trying to start a gaming channel with some vibes of the golden YouTube era, I’ve had my fun just on console but now with a PC lots of me dreams can come true, I have a PSVR2 (I’m sure you guys can point out the biggest issue of the PSvr2)

To think:
Free online multiplayer
All the PC games I wanted to play that aren’t on PS5
SteamVR
Modding
And much much more

You might be asking was it stupid to build a PC in the Rampocalypse? Probably, but sometimes we gotta live a little in a world of shitty AI and depressed this and that, if we know the future ain’t bright let’s enjoy what we have for now, and who knows maybe things will be just fine. (This is kinda me just saying the thoughts in the head at the feel of holding my graphics card, god bless you all gamers, console or PC. Follow your dreams boys and girls!)

Planning on buying first pc.

I’ve always wanted to get myself a pc but I just don’t know much about them. Wanted to ask the experts of Reddit. Is this a good buy?

My 1st setup:

Im 14 this year, and somehow i have this beauty of a set up. ( im broke so no hate pls). Monitor: LG w/ 180 hertz, 1080 p and freesync and hdr, all for 180 bucks. Its a great monitor, and setup is easy.

I usually play on switch, and im not allowed to use the big pc, so i use my own pc, an i3 hp with integrated graphics. I have a lotta keyboards but my favorite are the razer peripherals. The soundbar is vizio, and the controller i use is a pdp wired controller, which has been an amazing controller for the past 3 yrs. I also have soundcore s20s which are great for only 40 bucks and i would rather use them than my beats any day.
