The ability to create/manifest power systems. The power systems can be based off of anything, you are the designer, you can set any limitation and restriction you want, as well as make any modification you want. You can also just manifest power systems from existing media, and you can change them however you see fit. The power systems can range from anything outside of what is currently possible in our reality, you can decide whether to make it a soft, hard, or mixed power system. And multiple systems can exist at one time.

The more people you have using powers, the more powerful you become. The power comes with the tier 1 abilities unlocked, in addition with the power to grant people powers from your system, obviously. You also have the choice of a random select option, where you choose a specific amount of people to be granted powers.

In order to reach tier 2, you need to have 50 or more people with powers, and then in order to reach tier 3, you need at least 1000 or more people with powers. These milestones are all one time requirements, so let's say you reach 1000 users, even if one user dies and it drops to 999, so long as you weren't the cause of that user dying, you will still have access to your tier 3 powers. If you reach tier and then all the users of your power systems end up dead, then you'll revert back to tier 1, having to make give people powers again. If you shut down a power system, effectively taking away the powers of people, you will revert to the tier that corresponds with the amount users you have active.

So lets say you have 60 people using chakra from naruto, and 1200 people using ki from dragon ball, if you were to shut down ki, you'd be back at tier 2, because the loss of the power system wasn't natural.

The base (Tier 1) ability gives you the following extra abilities:

1. Dreamwalking and astral projection, you enter mindspace, which is a completely white mental dimension that houses the minds of everyone in the universe, it is as big as our universe, the minds of people show up as glowing orbs of different colors, by touching the orbs, you can visit people in dreams and read their minds and memories to get a better understanding of them.

2. Extended life, your vitality is enhanced to a point that your body will stay at 30 years old for 500 years until you start aging (slowly). You are immune to disease and have a decent regenerative healing factor.

3. Reduced social anxiety, this cuts your existing social anxiety by 35%, making it easier to talk to and approach people. It doesn't boost your charisma and sociability tho.

4. You are immune to the effects from powers of the systems you created, both good and bad, therefore you cannot be harmed by anyone you have granted powers to, but you also cannot directly benefit from those powers, so you cant just give a friend of yours omnipotence and then tell them to make you omnipotent.

5. You can take away the powers of anyone you wish.

6. Enhanced mind, your intelligence gets a 25% increase, memory retention gets a 100x increase, creativity gets a 10x increase, processing capabilities get 2x increase.

7.You have a personal pocket dimension which you can enter and exist anytime you want. What you can do in that dimension is completely up to you, time doesnt move in that dimension so you could stay indefinitely if you wanted to. This could be a nice place run simulations on the kinds of power systems you want to bring to reality.

Tier 2 abilities are:

1. Mind reading even when awake. You can read the minds and memories of people without needing to infiltrate their dreams. You also unlock the ability to see all the people who have powers as a result of your power.

2. You unlock flight, invisibility, and intagibility. When you fly, a thin veil of energy surrounds you, making you immune to the constraints that would come with flying as a human being.

3. Your social anxiety is completely nullified. You get a 50% charisma boost.

4. Shapeshifting, this only affects your appearance tho.

Tier 3 (final tier) powers are:

1. Omniscience, you are you all knowing. Space, time, concepts in general reveal their secrets to you, allowing you to better create and refine power systems in the universe.

2. Individual power granting, you can now grant individuals powers that are not tied to any other system that you've created, making them unique.

3. Omnipresence, you exist everywhere all at once, you can teleport anywhere you want or simply look into anywhere you want, this includes the minds of people and alternate realities, timelines, dimensions, universes, etc.

4. Immortality, you are ageless, your vitality is eternal, there is no disease, venom or poison that can kill you, and you have a regenrative healing factor that can bring you back from a drop of blood. This is toggleable so if you ever really wanted to die you can choose to do so.

5. You can now choose to be affected by the powers of the systems you created.

Summon any fictional books. The book will work like in fiction.

You will be able to use it, if the book need you/the owner to have something before you can get/own/use it then you or any person you give the book to will get the thing. Except for the knowledge of the spells, how to do the magic etc unless anyone just magically get that by touching the book.

Does not work on books whose existence is evil evil and will end the world just by existing or unleash hell/harm upon innocent just by existing.

Does not work on fiction made by you made for you, or influenced by you. Caused by you.

Example: you could make your enemies fake and therefore nonexistent. & you could make your favorite Cryptid’s real and those fake game console leak reveal videos real.

You annoyed an old witch by refusing to lend her your front teeth for a potion.

That might sound bad at first, but you quickly realize that put in other words, the witches poorly worded curse seriously messed up and accidentally made it so that every day from now on will be better than the last. Your life satisfaction and your physical and mental well-being and abilities are now set at a floor and can't go any lower than today, your skills can't decay with time like most people's, and even a tiny fluke in the arrangement of molecules in your body that is beneficial to you will carry over to the next day, instead of dissolving away, granting you the ability to progress far beyond a normal human if you were to actually train yourself.

DEFINITION: This ability allows its user to in-short parry/counter anything that is thrown, attacked directly or indirectly. This includes blades, arrows, guns, misc’ items, explosions, phycologic, chemical, mental, and divine or demonic attacks. This can also parry reality changing or user changing concepts like rewriting of power, user, area around user, or concept of his/her power.

Activation: The user is born with this power, and the power itself is constantly on. No matter what, anything and everything is parried. Whether it be an actual attack, or no attack at all. Anything that touches him that was not done by himself alone, is parried directly back to its sender.

Classification: Classification in the fantasy sense would be a tank. The Multiversal Class threat Identification/Classification Corp has identified this ability and said this: “would be a Primordial/architectural mirror threat.”

Deployments: “Parry” deploys in the similar sense of V '1 from the video game “Ultrakill” and Gojo’s Infinity. The space around him is an automatic detection warning to his body (not his mind) to parry whatever is coming. This range of detection is classed itself as “infinite range

You dont get the main skill/level thing just any bonus they may have gotten. Through any way.

Along with the bonus/boost you can get the thing that is giving the bonus

Does not work on fiction made by you, made for you or directly influnced/caused by you.

It is 1 once per instance of the bonus/boost in the fiction per person. For example say in some fiction by eating amagical fruit you iq get boosted/increased by 10%. You cant spam it, you can get it once and give it to other people once each.

But if you find something similar in another fiction or the chracter gets something like this again in the fiction. Then you can get it too.

(EDIT : to clarify what boost/bonus is first is well straightup salary bonus, or like boosts if in fiction say there's eating this magical fruit would boost you iq by 10%. You can get that.

Or bonus/boost if people in the fiction have called it a bonus boost. It will work too. )

You can pick a YouTuber that you like and gain any superpowers that they have been depicted as using in their YouTube videos. For example, if there is a comedy skit for a YouTuber where they use super speed, then you gain access to super speed and can use it at the speed that is depicted. You can use multiple superpowers at once from that YouTuber as long as they have been depicted as using those powers in their videos.

If you shoot someone and say “He/She did it” everyone believes they did it no matter if there’s video evidence or not. Even when comparing faces side-by-side people will go “looks the same to me”.

You’d have to spend a full year of constant comparison in observation to finally realize the difference.

Depending on when they won, it's adjusted for modern inflation.

Prepare to be part of the 1%

You gain all the abilities of every character they have ever played.

For the power to work you have to consciously think about using the power to make something worse consciously

It works on anything. In any way you want be it by your standards, society standards, the owner of the stuff standard or the theoretical/typically way it should have gotten worse.

It works on almost anything except for deliberately harmful to innocent people. Can not deliberately cause mass casualties, mass disaster, kill random people whose name you don't know. Etc

So no worsening sun or radiation etc

Though you can harm people if you just know their name/face.

Or they have harmed more than 100 people for selfish reason or carelessly. Actually harmed. No accidentally or bumped into them kinda deal. Actually harmed

You can spaghettify anything to extend the length it would be if stretched to all particles in a straight line.

You can meatball anything to create a perfect sphere of the object at maximum density as small as a meatball the weight will become negligible to you.

You can restore any of the items and their contents to their previous state with no adverse side effects. You can despaghettify anywhere along the length of the object.

You can for example use this to point a full space shuttle to the surface of Mars and despaghettify it there.

You can meatball a five star meal and carry it into the movie theatre.

Travel on a plane with your entire family in your pocket.

You may choose to activate the effect or not via your own will. But the only constraints are you must make skin on skin contact with another living human being.

You will be able to understand why they feel or believe the things they do, their motivations, rationalizations and thought processes.

You will “Fully understand them” without any misconceptions.

This does not mean you become brainwashed by them, you can still compare your own values and sense of self and experience with yourself and others.

Potentially making it possible for you to be the ultimate diplomat, mediator, educator, therapist.

Just think about any person and you will know everything that person think you have or wants you to have. And you can get anything on the list. Completely or half etc.

You can answer any question anybody asks you with 100% factual accuracy, even if you did not previously have the knowledge to answer the question.

You do not need to have had the knowledge previously to answer the question. However, the facts of the answer have to exist or have existed out in the world. For instance someone can ask you "What exactly am I thinking at this moment?", and the power doesn't work. But if that same person asks you "What did I write on page 5 of my journal?" you'd be able to tell them exactly what was written.

The answer will always be 100% factually correct, even if that answer goes against established knowledge.

The power will not work if you ask yourself the question, or if you ask someone to ask you the question. It will only work if the question is voluntarily asked. You can prompt someone to ask you a question ("Ask me anything!") but it won't work if you try to guide the person to a question you want them to ask you ("I wonder how many times I've said the word f**k in my life.") You retain any knowledge you have gathered via this power.

Additionally, the power doesn't work if someone poses a hypothetical.

You can use it to solve mysteries, beat trivia contests, or just help someone find their keys. However, it cannot be used to read minds, predict the future, or have knowledge of something you couldn't have under those circumstances, such as "Which Religion is correct?".

Specifically, the power will not work for 'Jeopardy!' because those are statements where the answer is a question.

Rules: you get 7 rerolls only, you may pick any known user style or just the generic style. If it has a known user or known object. You may summon them or it as a servant or an object to use. Only 1 power can be picked out of your 7 rerolls if you dislike the current power you got.

For example, you could create an object and apply any function to it. You could create a button which, when pressed, kills any person you choose. Or just create a black hole with an infinite mass and size to consume the universe

You can add a problem to someone at any point in their life, no matter how difficult, crazy, or magical it may be.

You can decide how long the problem lasts, whatever the problem may be, but the limit is one day after using this power.

The purpose of this power is not to make people live with problems in the present, but rather with the progress and growth that overcoming them can bring.

Before adding a problem, you see the overall result achieved by overcoming it, as well as suggestions for problems to achieve the desired result.
