I cant cancel my order kasi hindi na pwede sa app, sabi ni rider hindi niya na rin pwede ma cancel.
Update: the restaurant cancelled the booking and I was able to reorder naman.
I'm seeing a lot of these assholes play unfairly charging us with toll fee when we didn't even go through any toll fee. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER

GRAB SCAMMER: RYAN OSTACO REYES
Grab Driver manually added 315php toll fee without my knowledge upon finalizing fare. No toll was used from SMX (Pasay) to Makati (trip via EDSA).
Take care all and stay vigilant towards driver's Grab app use upon leaving the vehicle.
Nireport ko yung driver kasi sumisigaw siya nung tumawag siya sakin “DITO KO TIM HO WAN TIM HO WAN NASA LOOB KA E!”
Sa Gateway 2 Cibo ang pin location ko. Pero sa Tim Ho Wan siya nagpunta. Tapos ang gusto niya mangyari ako pa pupunta sa kanya. Tinawagan pa ako at sumisigaw.
Sabi ko “hindi po yan ang pi-nin ko bakit niyo po ko sinisigawan?”
Driver: ah hindi maingay sa kalsada
Me: wag niyo po ako sigawan
Tapos binaba na niya. Pagsakay ko tahimik lang buong ride. Usually binabati ko ang driver “good afternoon po” tapos mag “bye po ingat” pero not this time. Di ko cinancel kahit rude siya pero nireport ko nalang. Buti nalang recorded ang ride kaya kumalma siya.
Pwede bang accident malagay ni driver ung toll fee? Within qc lang yung trip pero i reported this na.
i reported a grab driver for overcharging noong tuesday pa pero ngayon lang (thursday) sumagot customer service nila. email stated that may strike na raw sa record yung driver.

For context, my order was only Twister Fries. And didn’t mind waiting for 45 mins for it, but upon checking when it should already be out for delivery-it was tagged as delayed with this information.
Kailan pa nagkaron ng group delivery ang grab and bakit wala sa options? Ang mahal na nga ng delivery fee tapos ganyan pa.
