To be specific: my lapyear with his age when he passed away at 52. I am still on the young side of 40 when rounded off but I cannot imagine myself hitting or exceeding our lapyear and realizing that I’m kinda on my own. I look to his lyrics often when I can’t figure shit out and just need something to hear. I know it sounds funky and I might not be coming off as clearly as I want but it’s really just that.

Have any of you felt the same about growing older than the singers and the bands that you listen to? Feels like getting stripped of immortality.

Or maybe because Sunshower is really just that strong. “All you will be, you are today.”

I am looking for the exact text and conclusion written by Michael Azerrad in the footnote/text around page 578 (or the section discussing Kurt's Favorite 50 list) in The Amplified Come as You Are (2023 edition).
I know the book features Kurt's frantic phone call ("If it goes in the [book] then I might as well blow my head off...") and the part where Courtney chastised him for trying to burnish his indie cred.
Depending on the hardcover/paperback edition, the page number might be slightly different. Can anyone who owns the book check what exactly follows after that part regarding the revised list? Did Kurt actually send the revised list to Michael, or did he just write it in his journals?
If possible, could anyone upload a photo or screenshot of that specific page or section?
