Hello. I am considering purchasing the lug sole loafers (women's). Can someone please tell me if these shoes have a tendency to slip at the heel when walking? I have other non-Gucci loafers and my heels always slip out. Thank you!
I’m turning 30 in December and I’m purchasing my first designer bag to celebrate. I have my eye on the Gucci Jackie slim in the brown GG canvas and also the LV Diana in the monogram canvas. The only thing is, with my birthday being in December they will most likely be out of stock due to Christmas so a sales associate told me my best bet would be to go ahead and order it ahead of time and pick it up in store on my actual birthday so I can still get the in store experience with champagne. Which one do I pick? I can’t decide!! How do I pick without seeing them in person first. The closest Gucci and LV store to me is 4.5 hours away Help!!

I’m honestly shocked and appalled by Gucci’s online customer service. I order from a LOT of luxury brands—pretty much everything from the major high-end houses—and I have never, hands down, had an online customer service experience this bad.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Gucci in September. They were supposed to be shipped via FedEx with overnight/two-day delivery from New Jersey to D.C.
Ten days later, I still didn’t have my shoes.
The tracking showed that the package basically disappeared for about five days. Then, out of nowhere, it reappeared in Billings, Montana. 😳 At that point, I contacted Gucci because I wanted to cancel the order/refund it. And this is where things got even more ridiculous.
I emailed Gucci — no response.
I tried calling their 1-877 customer service number. Someone actually answered, and then the call disconnected. I called again, and had the same kind of issue.
Then I tried their online chat, which is basically an iMessage-style chat. It said it was going to connect me with a Client Advisor. I waited…and waited…and nobody ever came on.
I have never experienced this level of difficulty trying to get help with an online order from a luxury brand. I’m not even talking about the shipping issue itself—I understand that FedEx can lose/misroute a package. What I cannot understand is having multiple customer service channels and not being able to get an actual human being to respond.
Has anyone else had a similarly terrible experience with Gucci customer service, or did I just get incredibly unlucky?
At this point, I don’t think I’ll ever order from Gucci online again.

Now anytime I pull out my wallet everybody knows I'm big balling. No, If they were actually smart they would know how irresponsible I am with cash to spend 500 bucks on a wallet. Anyways I particularly enjoy the leather and the fact that it's not just your typical smooth leather tells me it's a bit more durable. The classic red and green stripes really set it off and if you know anything about Gucci you can tell immediately it's in fact a Gucci wallet no matter what angle you look at it from. If you look at the last picture you can see just under my thumb I got my initials embossed. I decided to get it embossed later down the line and this was done for free. I also got another Gucci box and a bottle of Saratoga water, two actually. I got to double dip on the water because I got one as soon as I arrived and then they told me to wait to have the embossing done so I left and came back. When I came back I got my second bottle of premium Saratoga carbonated water. Yeah Gucci definitely does the small things right. Do you have a Gucci wallet or purse? I would say out of everything Gucci offers their leather items are the best value, particularly their wallets and purses.
There’s a person in my area who claims to be their MTM director in the past. He says this was custom made for him. Is he right?
