ESP ECLIPSE // HIGH GAIN GROOVE METAL RIFFS
Hey there !! Metal Friday Riffs using my Esp Eclipse loaded with Emg pickups!! Cheers
Something inspired by movie music.
I was watching old thriller "The Hitch-Hiker" and got inspired by the music behind it. It had interesting intervals and key changes all the time and I started make this little composition just by thinking about that freedom from regular music theory.

reddit.comHow to improve/solo better?
I’ve been playing for almost a year now. I’ve got my basic open chords down and can finally hit barre chords consistently. However, my main goal is to transition into playing lead and improvising solos.
I recently got a looper pedal, so I’ve been throwing down a quick chord progression and trying to solo over it, but honestly... it’s sounding pretty rough. I know I’m missing some foundational pieces here.
Based on the video, what do you think I should focus on next to get better? Scales, phrasing, technique? Open to any and all constructive criticism. Thanks!
Someone said if I can’t play it with the song in the background I can’t actually play it. I want it to sound good with only guitar… how?

youtu.beThoughts on my fingerpicking?
Hi everyone,
I usually play fingerpicking style and I would like a little feedback. I don’t think my playing is perfect by any means, so it would be nice to hear what you have to say:
