Scammer alert
Starting off saying it is my fault in a way for agreeing to do the transactions on PayPal (business services) but I also do use PayPal a lot when it comes to selling anyway I was trying to do bro a favor this guy bought a lot of jewelry from me 2 separate times. Now why am I calling him a scammer? He waited for the first package to arrive..he lets me know the package had arrived and he buys from me AGAIN and once I had dropped off the 2nd package and provided the tracking he completely ghosted me and opened up 2 claims on PayPal (for each transaction) saying the packages NEVER arrived?!? When even he had said it himself that the first package had arrived and I know damn well the second one did as well! Now PayPal took all the money back while the cases are being investigated but I’ve tried to reach out to him multiple times but he is straight up ghosting..he’s also going to be selling the jewelry he basically stole from me so if yall see any og hard jewelry (don’t do it,2 gold pendants,skateboard,a signed bape star pendant, a few rings like hell and heaven,goblin ring,2 upgraded grills rings and a few more rare shit if you can please screen shot and send it to me!🙏im trying to add as much as I can to prove he does have these pieces I just want my money back ),: … top of that I hooked up bro with so much discontinued freebies <\3.. this is more of a warning to other homies out there keep an eye out for this bum

Hj Giveaways?
I’ve been a customer for probably 7 years now, and the state of HJ has changed a lot. As other posts mention the quality has gone down while the prices have increased, and it doesn’t feel like they’re the affordable jewelry brand they claim to be anymore. What I’m really suspicious of though is how they’re able to give away thousands of dollars in products and gift cards constantly. It just seems like they’re making a ridiculous profit by jacking up their prices so they can hold giveaways to try and save face (peak capitalism). I’d rather have no giveaways and get back to reasonable pricing, it just feels so scammy and gross. Has anyone else noticed this? They’re the only company I know of constantly giving shit away, it’s suspicious af.

I’m finally gonna say it.
Hard Jewelry used to be something completely different. The brand built its reputation on affordable, good looking jewelry that felt unique without costing a fortune.
Now it feels like every new drop is more expensive than the last while the designs get increasingly over the top and disconnected from what made people fall in love with the brand in the first place.
A lot of the newer pieces feel like they’re designed for people who shop at Spencer’s or Hot Topic rather than the original fanbase that supported the company from the ground up.
Instead of focusing on clean, wearable designs with at least SOME lasting appeal, the brand seems more interested in pushing out flashy, gimmicky pieces and relying on hype to sell them.
There’s nothing wrong with evolving as a company, but it feels like Hard Jewelry lost sight of what made it special. The quality to price ratio isn’t what it used to be, and the designs no longer reflect the style that attracted so many loyal customers in the first place.
Their jewelry used to be hard. Now it’s soft.

people keep saying hj got more expensive but literally their older item catalogs were more expensive and the designs remain along the lines of what they typically do idk where they get that they change , maybe manufactures and designers but not necessarily drastically , imo

i guess someone made a call out on the company that claimed some pretty crazy stuff and then they dm’d people with proof of it and they keep getting banned. i’m not trying to get banned by mods. but what did that person do to violate rules by speaking up?

Not sure if I want to support the company directly, but I am looking sites that have older, used pieces. I really like some of the older ones, not a fan of many of the new ones (except that tribal cross, thay one is really nice but overpriced).

Zippo Style Lighter?
ordered from the 9 year drop and package arrived with this lighter. I’m curious if anyone else received it and if it was part of the tier 3 or 4 reward. I ask because i ordered twice during the drop because the locket was just calling to me and together my orders would have hit that threshold for tier 4 but was never mentioned to be added to my order when I checked out.
