Jewelry mistakes?

Hey yall, I've gotten a fair share of their jewelry of the years. During a couple of the sales I got the dance with death pendant and the fallen angel (?) Pendant. The dance with death pole immediately falls off the hands as it's not fully inclosed in the fingers. Thought this was just a bad design, hence why it was on sale. I got the fallen angel pendant and wore it for the first time today. I only just realized the arms are all weird. Do you think I can get replacements for these? They aren't broken and never really worn, just quality issues.

Pics of the fallen angel pendant. I don't have pics of the other pendant.

Jaxxon - Never again

My wife bought me a ring from Jaxxon as a gift. The listing described it as silver, but when it arrived it was actually tungsten — not silver at all. It also didn't fit, and their advice was to take it to a local jeweler to have it resized. Any jeweler could have told them that this type of material can't be resized like silver can.

When we explained the mix-up and asked for a replacement in the correct material, Jaxxon refused. The only "solution" they offered was a gift card toward a future purchase — which isn't a fix when the issue is that the item wasn't what was advertised in the first place, and we have no interest in ordering from them again.

If you're considering ordering from them, double check the actual material of what you're buying, and know that "customer satisfaction" here means a gift card, not making an inaccurate order right.
