Working with multiple hiring companies through Fonzi on a few engineering roles right now.

  1. AI startup hiring product engineers in NYC, hybrid, offering $150-200k base with equity
  2. Series B company hiring full stack engineers (React + Node/Python), remote US, offering $160-220k base plus equity
  3. Early stage AI company hiring backend engineers, hybrid in SF, base around $140-180k with significant equity

All companies are vetted, VC-backed, and actively interviewing right now. Not posting these on job boards so you will not find them on LinkedIn.

DM me if any of these sound interesting or sign up at https://talent.fonzi.ai and you will get matched with these and other roles that fit your background for free.

Launched today: a tool to turn your work into a shareable personal website

I launched a small side project today called Resuma.

It helps people turn their resume into a professional personal website they can share with one clean link. You can set it up quickly, keep it updated anytime and export a PDF when a file is still required.

I built it because most people still present themselves online with a messy combination of PDFs, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio links and old profile pages. That works, but it's fragmented and usually out of date.

What I wanted was something simpler:

  • one place for experience, links and projects
  • no coding or design work
  • fast setup
  • custom sections
  • PDF export when needed

Would love honest feedback from other makers:

  • Does this solve a real enough problem?
  • Is the pitch clear?
  • What would make you try it or ignore it?

Here's the live demo: https://useresuma.com

Hello, I created a website for my product called QuickProof, but I’m not really satisfied with how it looks right now. The layout feels a bit plain and not very engaging, and I’m struggling to figure out how to improve the design and overall structure.

Here’s the link: https://www.quickproof.ai/

I would also like to make the page more clear in terms of what the product actually does and add better sections for things like workflow explanation and early access signup. Can someone guide me on what I should improve or change? Any feedback would really help.

[For Hire] Website developer requirement

I’m looking for someone experienced in website handling and delivery partner integration for my repair service business.

For hire

I already hired an online developer who built the website on WordPress, but after completing the basic site, he has been unable to properly set up the backend operations and delivery integration. It’s been over 4 months now, and because of these issues, I still haven’t been able to serve a single client.

I need someone who can help with:

• Managing/fixing the current WordPress website

• Setting up smooth order flow/customer booking process

• Integrating delivery/logistics partners for pickup and drop services

• Making sure payments/orders work properly

• Helping launch the service so it can start operating immediately

I’m looking for someone reliable who understands both website management and operational integrations. If you have experience with this or know someone who does, please message me.

Thanks!

[PAID] Creative Designer and Writer looking for DEVELOPERS! (Big community ready to back project!)

Hey everyone,

My name is Avery, also known as kxirby. I’m a longtime game lover, server owner, and community builder. I’m looking to start development on a small narrative-focused game, and I’m trying to find the right developer to help bring it to life.

I do not have experience with game engines myself, so I’m not going to act like I know everything on the technical side. What I do have is a strong creative direction, a lot of ideas, experience running game communities, and a pretty good understanding of what keeps players interested.

The type of game I want to make would be somewhat similar to The Stanley Parable or The Corridor. Not a huge openworld game or anything. I’m thinking more of a focused first person experience built around walking, exploring, narration, strange choices, and weird moments that make the player question what they’re doing.

The main idea would be something simple on the surface, but memorable because of the writing, atmosphere, and player experience. A game where the player is moving through rooms, hallways, offices, strange environments, or repeating spaces while the story slowly shifts depending on what they do. I like games that feel funny, confusing, unsettling, or oddly personal without needing crazy combat or massive mechanics.

I’d want the game to focus on things like:

  • First-person exploration
  • Strong narration or story direction
  • Player choices that actually feel noticed
  • Strange/funny/creepy moments
  • Looped or changing environments
  • Multiple endings or different routes
  • A simple but polished atmosphere
  • Light puzzles or interactions if they make sense
  • A game that feels unique without being impossible to build

I’m not looking to make a giant project right away. I’d rather start with something realistic, polished, and actually finishable instead of dreaming too big and never getting it done.

This would be a paid project. I’m mainly looking to get a realistic idea of pricing, what engine would make the most sense, what scope would be reasonable, and what the development process would look like.

I also do have a community already, which I think helps a lot. I run a Discord with over 6,000 members, and a lot of them are already into games, servers, roleplay, and creative projects. So this would not be starting completely from zero. I already have people who would be interested in seeing the project, testing it, giving feedback, and supporting it if it turns into something solid.

Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who:

  • Has experience with Unity, Source, S&BOX/Source 2, Unreal, Godot, or similar engines
  • Can help turn a creative idea into something actually playable
  • Is comfortable working with someone who has the concept/story side but not the coding side. (I have a general idea but mainly used LUA which I've learned is almost pointless in most engines)
  • Can give honest feedback on scope, pricing, and what is realistic (honestly)
  • Has examples of past work, prototypes, or finished projects
  • Is open to building something weird, story-driven, and player-experience focused

I’m mainly looking for a developer who can help me figure out what this would cost and potentially work with me on the project longterm if it makes sense.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, feel free to comment or message me with your experience, portfolio, and a rough idea of how you usually price projects like this.

Thanks!

[For Hire] Website Developer For E-commerce Store ($300-$800 Budget)

Hello, Expert/Intermediate coders/developers!

I’m looking to hire a website developer, preferably one with experience in e-commerce. I could set up a Shopify store but I don’t like their payment processes so I’m looking for talent that is skilled enough to build a website from scratch. Though, if you know a way around Shopify’s terrible payment processing I’m willing to work with you as well.

About Me: My name’s Vaunt and I’m a reseller. Business has been decent but I’d like to move from 3rd party seller platforms to having my own store. I’m willing to pay anywhere from $300-$800, depending on the quality of your work. I will not just hand you money though, I want to see references or projects to ensure you’re a truly capable individual.

For whoever I choose, I will trust in you and give you freedom to be creative but I will still be working closely with you to ensure the site is up to my standard.

Also, since I don’t have experience in coding, I will need revisions and improvements to the site, occasionally. This means I can easily become a recurring client for whoever is interested. If you’d like to take me up on my offer message me here. I hope we can do great business together, let get to work, my friend!

From,
Vaunt
