Should I buy a demo car?
I’m being offered a 2023 face lift model, zx cvt un registered car for a 5 lakhs discount (on road).
It’s done 11k kilometres. Complete detailing servicing and new battery.
I will be the 1st owner.
Is this a good deal?
Which are genuinely the best workshop/service center for Honda cars in Pune?
I’m looking to service my honda city and after hearing some negative reviews of the authorized cervice centers, I want to know if there are genuinely any good service centers for Honda cars? Doesn’t need to be authorized Honda service centers, I just want someone knowledgeable to look at my car.
Dealer horror
Booked a honda city hybrid in June
Since dealer promised delivery within a week we did the partial payment of loan . The dealer kept on delaying it for 2 months and the entire honda escalation was a waste of time with them rerouting to the dealer . After two months of emi
And zero help from honda . A vechile arrived and with pdi done we processed the payment but since a week they haven't given a tax invoice and haven't sent the car to rto registration and they dont pick up the calls and keep ignoring
Extremely frustrated experience
How to proceed further or how to contact the regional head

Honda City ORVM replacement cost & DIY?
While parking, a biker hit my Honda City’s right-side ORVM (side mirror). It’s completely broken, and the whole mirror assembly is loose.
I’m planning to replace the complete mirror assembly. Does anyone know roughly how much a new ORVM assembly would cost?
Also, if I buy the new set myself, is it possible to replace it at home, or is it better to get it installed by a mechanic?
Any advice on genuine vs aftermarket mirrors would be helpful
My 2008 Honda City V AT fuel efficiency went from 12–14 km/l to just 6–7 km/l
I bought a used 2008 Honda City V automatic in 2018. Initially, I used to get around 12–14 km/l on the highway.
Towards the end, the mileage kept dropping, and by the time I sold it in September 2025, I was getting only 6–7 km/l on the highway, even without AC. That was one of the main reasons I eventually sold it.
I always wondered if the change in petrol/ethanol content had anything to do with it. Honda's E20 material-compatible cars started from 2009, so mine was just before that.
The 3rd-gen City is still the best-looking City IMO. It was my dream car when I was a kid, so owning the exact car years later was pretty cool.
Does anyone here still own a pre-2009 Honda? What FE are you getting these days?

How do you deal with harsh ride quality?
I am looking for the 2017 Honda City since it is a great car with an amazing engine, but the ride quality seems abysmal sometimes on bad roads and it's also quite low so it's a little nerve racking.
I don't see another car in the under 5 lakh range that provides this great drivability and reliability so I want to stick to the Honda City
Do you guys have any suggestions on how we can improve the ride quality? I was thinking of applying damping, upgrading the tyres to 195/55/16 from the stock 185/55/16, and maybe a suspension mod
But also I am worried about any mods causing unusual wear and tear, ruining the driving dynamics or messing up something else.
Drives would be like 60% on the city roads, 30% highways, 10% really bad roads (since it's india) and i don't drive above 120kmph, mostly drive at normal legal speed limits without any aggressive driving and comfort is top priority then driving dynamics and then mileage
Would love to know what you guys think
