16 Pro Max on iOS 27 beta

I’m really happy with how fast my iPhone 16 Pro Max feels on iOS 27. With Low Power Mode enabled, the phone is actually usable again. iOS 26 used to severely impact performance in LPM, which I rely on during travel to save battery. Since we are still in beta, overall battery life is a bit worse than on iOS 26, but I hope it improves as we get closer to the public release. How has your experience with iOS 27 been so far?

The camera quality has dropped drastically.

The first two photos were taken when it was looking good. All the photos were taken using 5x optical zoom in good lighting, yet the camera quality in the last photo still looks lower. I’ve already tried adjusting the exposure, changing photographic styles, altering camera settings, using different formats, and so on. The lens is completely clean. Honestly, I don't know if iOS 26.5.2 is to blame, since the initial images were taken on iOS 18.5.

Recent update dramatically improved battery?

I’m at 35% battery life and have been on and off using my phone since 7AM and I’m usually at 0% by now… no idea how this is possible but the battery sucked before and now it’s awesome, is it just my phone? Battery health is at 95%

3% health drain in 40 cycle counts. Using iPhone16

Please explain this battery performance

94%, 349 cycles. I only charge to 80%. As you can see, I'm barely getting 2.5hrs of screen time. 55 min of Safari = 35% battery life. Is this normal?
