If so, what was the resolution? I have bought several different screen protectors… Magic John, Spigen, JetTech, few cheapies…

I get the same issue in the same spot of the screen protectors. Everything lifts..

Is it a warranty replacement because something is wrong with the display?

Curious to hear people’s thoughts.

Absolutely obsessed with the maroon red!! Went from an iPhone SE (3rd Gen) to the iPhone 18 Pro.

Former s24 ultra user (got tired of inconsistent software updates and battery drain) Well, I gave in, had an iphone 4s, 7, and 12 before

We always talk about specs, cameras, battery life and performance when comparing Apple and Samsung, but one thing that doesn’t get talked about enough is customer service.

My trade-in device has gone missing on its way to Samsung, and instead of a quick, stress-free resolution, I’m dealing with slow support and threats to lock a device over a situation that isn’t even my fault.

Compare that to Apple, where the trade-in process has been seamless and straightforward in my experience.

I’m confused between Glacier and Silver for the iPhone 18 Pro, and I plan to use this phone for at least 5–6 years.

I prefer Glacier because it’s a new, light color, but I’m worried I might get bored of it over time. I’ll initially use a clear case and later switch to a dark-colored case, so I’m wondering how Glacier would look with both.

Silver is a timeless, simple choice, but since it was already available on the 17 Pro, I’m worried my phone might look like an older model.

Considering long-term appeal, future-proofing, and resale value, which color would you recommend and why? Would also love to hear from people who have used similar colors for several years.

What kind of cases and screen protectors do you guys find to be the best for the device?

I’ve had this phone for over a week at this point, and despite how short that sounds, there’s a lot under the hood that I want to discuss! But first and foremost, I’ve upgraded from a 16 Pro Max. As dumb as that may sound, I mostly did it due to performance and thermals. As happy as I was with the 16 Pro Max, the 8GB of RAM and poor thermals really ticked me off. Especially when you live in the south of the US where temperatures regularly go over 100 degrees during the summer combined with the terror of iOS 26, it heavily limited what I was capable of doing. Once they announced the changes during the event, I said screw it and ordered it.

Performance: Despite how speedy the processor on the 16PM already felt, I wasn’t ready for this. This thing flies through anything I throw at it, and those 12GB of RAM make a pretty big difference when it comes to multitasking and general smoothness. Absolutely no complaints here.

Thermals: The addition of an actual vapor chamber has been a night & day difference. Despite the hot temperatures down here in Texas, this thing remains cool to the touch. Despite the fact that Aluminum is inferior in terms of durability, I always wear a case, so functionality > aesthetics imo.

Cellular Speeds: I dunno why, but the 16PM occasionally struggled with cellular connectivity, even when I had a decent amount of bars. But I’ve noticed a big jump in speeds. I do wish the 18 Pro Max got that C2 Modem though.

Battery Life: My previous 16PM had already stellar better life. But to put it simply, I had it charged to 100% yesterday morning. I put over 7 hours of SOT with half the day on cellular only (went on WiFi later in the day), and I went to bed at 12AM with 66% battery left. Battery life is insane.

Cameras: I wish I could say more, but I haven’t gotten many good opportunities to fully utilize the camera system. I will say though, I’m loving the new telephoto. Miles better than the 5x on the 16PM which only had a 12MP sensor, which had a lot of noise most of the time.

Overall, I could not be happier with this phone. Could I have waited another year for the supposed iPhone 20? Yeah. But I’m impatient, so I’ll leave it at that. If you’re upgrading from the 16 Pro Max or older, I think you’ll enjoy this upgrade. I hope this review was useful in any way, so please feel free to share your experience if you’d like!

Came in the mail today and I am in love! I’m so so glad I went with the burgundy :) my phone before this is the only one I’ve ever broken so I had the case and screen protector ready to GO

I did not anticipate such an overwhelming response to my post titled Batman iPhone 18 Pro.

Continuing the black-on-black theme, I chose the Mous Limitless Black Leather today.

Just picked up another Benks ArmorGrid Pro in Obsidian Black, and it's a perfect match for my black iPhone 18 Pro. The fit is snug and tight, there's a nice raised lip for protection, and those textured sides give it a really solid grip in the hand.

I've also ordered Benks DUO cases plus a few more from their Knight series. Can't wait for them to arrive.
