I just got my jacket delivered the texture and the inner part are good , but let me know that is it perfect or kinda need other one? My shoulder is 19.5. Ordered xxl shoulder 20.5

What is the best long waterproof raincoat to buy for temperatures in the 32-50 F (0-10 C)?
I just bought this Barbour after trying several models. I went for this Ashby size XL. Size L was perfect but I felt it tight on the shoulders and chest and, since I hope to wear this jacket for decades and since I cannot get thinner than I am now, I bought the XL. However after one week of wearing it I realized it may be too big because I fell a lot of fabric moving around. I am thinking about sending it to a tailor specialized in Barbour to take away some of it in the sides.
What do you guys think?

I've heard mixed things about Rothco, while Brandit Giant seems to have a really good/warm liner. The Austrian surplus one also looks interesting because it's much cheaper and has a more subdued olive color.
