I went to check out an izakaya in Gotanda, Tokyo, that doesn’t show up on Google even when you upload photos of it. I rolled a die, and my drink was on the house.

No matter what you order, it’s 390 yen. Torikizoku is expanding globally. I actually went to the restaurant in Tamachi, Tokyo, to see if the prices were really the same.

A Jiro-style ramen shop with long lines located on Tokyo Ramen Street at Tokyo Station. Ordering at Jiro-style shops is tricky because the process is so unique. I’ll explain how to do it.
