heres how i dress! any brand recommendations? online jp brands or taobao preferably!

a lot of what im wearing are either jp brands or taobao like vulcan & aphrodite, yellow house, acdc rag, and weird house! the dorohedoro sweater is cospa but most of the other stuff is thrifted.

always looking for similar stuff! tbh i dont rlly know about style names and just gravitate to what i like. but getting some store suggestions to point me to the right direction would be nice!

im based in asia so shipping isnt much of an issue since i dont need to use proxy services most of the time

Girly kei x nekomimi

Idk if this is more girlykei or coquette, so if it's not girlykei enough let me know!

Ouji coord~ 🦇

My coord to walk with the NYC Lolita comm for the Japan Day Parade a few weeks back. It was a very fun day despite getting a little rained out as we walked. We’ve done the parade every year and it’s always a great comm activity.

Jacket is Yellow House; blouse is Algonquins; shorts are LIVE BAIT; socks are Sweet Mildred; shoes are Yosuke; kumya is Baby the Stars Shine Bright; bows (barely visibly but w/e) are Alice and the Pirates and Femme Death Designs; jewelry is Necromance Hollywood, Vivienne Westwood, and assorted stuff from my stash (vintage/non-branded). I meant to put on my CH rings and flex! And then totally forgot them before doing coord photos, alas.

If I forgot anything, please feel free to ask.

helloooo, im really proud of today's outfit so i wanted to share, that's it!! ive been extremely depressed for the past few months and it's the first time in months ive got dressed up in jfashion. also i need a bit of help with figuring out what style could this exactly be? my biggest inspiration is menhera kei but im not sure if it could be labelled like that, any criticism and advice welcomed (´;ω;`)

Help

can someone who owns this dress send a picture of the wash tag? i found a listing for this dress and i plan on buying it but i remember seeing a fake version of this dress with the labels so i just wanna compare to make sure since the fake version's labels looked VERY real

also the second pic is the pic the seller sent me

first time posting in here :3

This was from my birthday in March and it was my first time wearing a skirt out in public in YEARS as it took me a while to build my confidence in wearing them (I always convince myself they look strange on me 😭) but for my first try I really am happy with how the fit looked even if it is simple!!

OOTD: shopping and a hospital visit

I’m so happy I found this community! I usually wear lolita and jirai kei, but some of my everyday outfits are hard to fit into just one style because I love experimenting. When I’m out running errands, I also try to dress a bit more practically, so I had no place to share those looks with someone 😇

Style the most random purchase ever

Im posting in this subreddit because the tag is japanese

I bought a top exactly like this for 85cents and was hyperfixated on it because of the ribbon/ruffle detail and obviously the colours quite nice just never wore purple

Fortunately I find a lot of other clothes for less than a dollar so you guys can give any ideas without worrying if I own a piece or not 😃 soo any ideas?
