plz help me to restore my data

Hello,

I lost access to the international internet for about three months. During that time, I continued using your app and wrote a large amount of content.

After those three months, the app logged me out automatically, and I was unable to log back in. As a result, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

I successfully logged back into my account, but all the content I had created during those three months was missing. It seems that the data was not backed up to your servers and may have only been stored locally on my device. After reinstalling the app, the content disappeared.

Is there any way to recover this data?

For reference:

  • Device: Samsung Galaxy A54
  • I uninstalled the app 2 days ago and reinstalled it almost immediately (about 2 minutes later).
  • The missing content was created during the three months when I had no access to the international internet.

I would really appreciate any help in recovering my data.

Thank you.

Two way calendar session sync??

I see that Calendar sessions have the option to export to external calendar however, this is quite manually intensive to do for all my tasks. Would like the ability to auto export any calendar session in certain day blocks to a selected calendar for example, anything I add to my work day block work auto sync to my work calendar.

Anything I add to my chores Day block I would want to sync to my personal calendar. Those are just examples. I have plenty of other blocks.

My biggest problem is I use this tool the majority of the time however, there are some instances where I am integrated with other apps that use my calendar and there’s no visibility to the things I create in this app.

Filters aren't working on the Backlog dashboard panel

Hi! I'm trying to add a Backlog dashboard panel to my "Work" organizer, and filter it to only include items within the "Work" organizer. However, no matter what combination of filters I apply, it still includes backlog items from other organizers. Wondering if this is a bug?

Thanks! (I love this app btw!)

clearing habits behaves strange...

Hi there, I'm new to this app and haven't fully figured out all the things you can do. I've tried to set up some habits. When I clear a checked habit i have something like this...

https://preview.redd.it/6qlsp1yfua4h1.png?width=377&format=png&auto=webp&s=640717a2c2ce20a426d2a3a65c3e368ad950be38

...and the habit is kind of duplicated on the following day (it's a habit wich repeats every day). So my question is: Did I set something up the wrong way or is that a bug? Thanks for your help.

Separate trackers vs separate input fields?

Sorry if this question has already been answered (I’m a newer user!), but I’m trying to understand the difference between Trackers and Tracker Input Fields from an actual data tracking standpoint.

Since it appears that individual Input Fields can have unique organizers, and Tracking Records (in the Timeline) only include the field(s) recorded at that instance (as opposed to every field on the Tracker every time), I would assume it’s technically possible to have a single Tracker that includes all “trackable” datapoints?

In other words, instead of having a Tracker for sleep data AND a Tracker for reading, there could theoretically be a single Tracker with Input Fields for sleep data (organized under a “Health” Area) and fields for reading data (organized under a “Fun” Area)…is that correct?

Ultimately, my REAL question is, regardless of the intended/ real-world use of trackers vs fields, what is the literal/ technical/ programmatic reason to use separate Trackers? (This isn’t a preference question; I’m asking about the mechanisms so I can decide for myself how to proceed). Thanks!
