Best way to kill boredom if you are single and have unlimited time at your disposal.

During my unemployment phase, I was struggling to kill time. Movies, tv series, instagram, youtube etc none of it helped me to kill the misery of boredom. I didn't had a bike or car to go for some long rides to find happiness.

Then an idea flashed into my brain on one day.

Typically first thing I do apart from the standard morning routine is to have freshly cooked breakfast from home. and leave the house from around 7-7:30 AM and catch a local bus from my locality to kannur new bustand, then hop on to some unfamiliar or unexplored location route bus. One day maybe catch a bus ride to payyannur then taking a stroll across the town and exploring some hidden local foods for lunch. On next day my location might be Thalassery, enjoy the locality, eat some great food and hop back to some other local bus routes. Then finally returning back to kannur new bus stand by 6 PM, getting into my local bus and finally reaching home before 7 PM.

I usally prefer long bus routes, as it keeps me more relaxed and tireless. Some local buses have great playlist and audio system. If they playlist is good and audio is crisp, listening to songs in bus hits different. Some buses might not even have a audio system, in that case I plug in my earphones and enjoy the breezy cozy vibe of the window seat plunging into my happy solitude state.

Kannur newbustand is undoubtedly the best private bus stand in kerala, it has huge network of connectivity to almost all areas of kannur district. Due to this very reason you wouldn't feel bored of commuting daily to different routes. Sometimes you could prefer long interdistrict routes like kozhikode, kasaragod or mananthawady.

Sometimes I kinda switch between train journey aswell, train is more peaceful but journeys are kinda short for a one day trip and you would miss seeing the live crowd part.

This method works best for single guys who can enjoy your solitude life in it's peak form.

Got an exam at PERALASSERY AKG SMARAKA GHSS (PO Mundalur 670622, Kannur Dist). Exam is at 10 so need to reach by 9.30 latest.

I'm coming from Kasaragod side via Payyanur - Taliparma. Should I get down at Kannur and take a bus or go up to Thalassery?Which bus should i take from Kannur or thalassery. Which route is better/faster during morning hours to reach Mundalur side? Any suggestions on bus availability or best route would be a huge help. Thanks!

How do y’all manage waste at home? Also for families with kids, how do you deal with diaper waste? Do y’all burn them or is there any agency that comes takes them for a fee? The few numbers I got through seem to have a terrible response time. Seems like a huge business opportunity for someone to start, not sure why nobody has done it yet. Any idea?

So I usually take an auto ride from my house to the railway station and I normally pay 40-50Rs. And vice versa as well. Only time I have paid double fair is when I have taken auto after 9pm. Recently, when I took auto this dude charged me 1.5x the rate. And I kept telling him man nobody has charged me this till now and I am a frequent user. He kept telling call someone who uses regularly and put it in speaker, and I really don’t have anyone to really call and ask. Has there been any change in the auto fares lately?

Does anybody know where to get standard gym equipment and other accessories? And what is the current market rate for these? I only need some plates and dumbbells.
